I’m so disappointment and frustrated with staff attitude, arrive at 2AM, even my room was paid in full, my room was cancelled and after almost 2 hours provide me another room and had to pay again, due “system issues”. In the morning I spoke with other person for refund and attitude was terrible, there’s nothing to do because other person was in charge and may made mistakes, so I must wait next week to speak with manager Alex. Customer care is terrible, rom was dirty with tissue paper on bathroom trash, etc
Never more on this chain again.
