The bathroom was terrible. Behind the door was yucky. It smelled like mold. The tub grout all cracked . The soap wouldn't even stay on. No shower power!. Manager friendly. Breakfast good.

The hotel rate was very expensive yet the bfast was Ltd and only until 9am. The night we chkd in, there was no wifi until the next day. Front desk staff never answer the phone. They’re often away from the desk so u hv to call hello hello when u need sthg.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel bathroom is disgusting, it’s full of mold and mildew. Bedroom wall was patched and it was a terrible job. I had to leave the hotel and book a room elsewhere, as I couldn’t stay there for the night as it was that terrible. Pre paid for a king in advanced amd got a twin bed. Front desk said they are sold out and housekeeping moved me. Worst hotel ever. I want my money back!!!!!

When we got to the hotel we were told that our room had been canceled. We never canceld the room nor did we receive a refund for the cancelation. It was very upsetting because it was 10pm and they are saying that they are fully booked with nothing that can be done. After asking for the manager the front desk person called him and somehow found an available room in a fully booked hotel. The room itself had a bad odor, smelled like apple cidar vinegar. The bed was too soft for me and I usually sleep on a 45 for a sleep number bed. The shower had rust and I didn't want to go barefoot on the carpet. Overall, I would not stay here again and not because of them canceling our room wothout notice or refund.

Nobody told us at check in that they don't clean the rooms unless you specifically ask for it one day in advanced. Monday to Friday they only serve breakfast from 7 to 9 am. At a quarter to nine they stopped supplying food even though there were a lot of people still trying to get something from the breakfast bar. We checked out at 5h30 in the morning and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. We just left. Luckily we left the guarantee with the credit card. If It were cash, we would have lost either the flight or the money.

I’m so disappointment and frustrated with staff attitude, arrive at 2AM, even my room was paid in full, my room was cancelled and after almost 2 hours provide me another room and had to pay again, due “system issues”. In the morning I spoke with other person for refund and attitude was terrible, there’s nothing to do because other person was in charge and may made mistakes, so I must wait next week to speak with manager Alex. Customer care is terrible, rom was dirty with tissue paper on bathroom trash, etc Never more on this chain again.

I arrived at this hotel and was given my room when I went in it had a smell like mildew or old laundry. I went to use the bathroom and it was mold all in the bathroom the tub and paint was Peeling in the walls and around the tub. It had stains all in the carpet. I let the front desk know but they act like they was shocked. The breakfast was horrible and it was overcrowded. The second room was ok but the toilet was plugged and when I went to tell the housekeeper know one speak English. It was also mold in the bathroom there. They need serious renovations and upgrade.
