“A good value with bonus features”

My husband and I were returning from the Keys and needed a place to stay before flying home in the morning. This hotel was a great choice for that. The room smelled a little musty, and the TV was small (the Packers were on MNF), but other than that, we had no other complaints. We felt the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the decor. Free parking and a good, hot, free breakfast was a bonus. It was a 20 minute drive to the airport which was easy to navigate. There were also a couple of nice shopping malls in the area. If you are coming to vacation in Miami and want to explore it, I do not think that this is the best location, but for what we needed, it was excellent!

“Friendly Staff”

This is the second I stay in a Best Western Hotel, first at St Christophers in New Orleans and now in Miami, both are great options. The Staff was always very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was good, plus 24-hour fresh coffee on the lobby. I would say Best Westerns are clean honest Hotels.

Area recommendations

If you want to party, definitely South Beach, but for shopping cheap stay in Doral near Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall.

“Miami Best Western Plus”

Rooms are spacy, pool area, and parking is good. Bed and pilows comfortables. Breakfast changes little, so it seems boring after some days, except on saturdays. Close to International and Dolphin malls and freeways. Only detail, don't have security boxes on rooms, you need to go to front desk and ask for one (that is located there).

“satisfactory”

The night I arrived I was given a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room that I had asked for. I complained the next morning and the room was changed without any problem.

“shuttle problems”

Overall the hotel was not bad the breakfast was good, the rooms were ok. the only real problem we had was the shuttle from the airport. We waited for the free shuttle we saw different Best Western shuttles. We'd ask if they were going to our hotel they would say no there would be another shuttle for ours. The only one we didn't ask was the one that said Bayside Best Western. Well that was our shuttle. We didn't think it was ours because our hotel was in Doral and we had not seen anything that said Bayside. We we came to find out that there was a hotel right next to ours called the Bayside and the shuttle was for both hotels. Well that makes sense to have one shuttle for both hotels but no one bothered to tells us that even when I called the hotel from the airport. The other Best Western shuttles had the name of the aea they were from so we assumed ours would too. We had to spend $43 on a taxi to get to the hotel because we were tired of waiting after an hour.

“Pretty nice for the price”

Great location near the airport and other shopping malls and places to eat; free breakfast; a pool; clean rooms and free internet. Not much to complain about.

“It was all right”

The hotel is well located if you intend to shop, as it's near the Dolphin and International Mall. It's inexpensive as well. Staff was helpful. Only strike against it was that our room had not been cleaned, and some, er, personal articles were still left inside the

“Pleasant at a bargain price!”

Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised that the room was larger than I expected for a bargain price. Breakfast included was adequate, not great. But breakfast area was very clean and always well stocked

Area recommendations

The Everglades are only 20 minutes away from the hotel
