1st room walked in, looked clean but had a strong urine smell. Changed rooms and was better, but after the scent spray wore off it had the same, altho not as strong urine scent. Don't know if it's pets or ?, but i will never stay there again.

Convenient location. Not too far to the beach. Several walkable dining options and a brewery, plus a Whole Foods. Room was small. There is an option to pick 'balcony' room for a few dollars more. They all look to be balcony rooms, except for ground floor, so that was not worth it.
