Shuttle from airport was not clearly marked or never there. Had to get a taxi after 2 hr wait. Hotel said shuttle was on the way but never arrived. The room was nice but air conditioner did not work. Hotel staff was unconcerned

Pros: Close to the Miami airport.
Cons: Staff that is educated and empowered to provide good customer service. TV channel guide in room. A simple alarm clock or battery in existing ones.
Booked 3 nights before flight to South America and 2 nights after through Expedia. Called to confirm late arrival for booking 1 because of 9 hour flight delay. At checkout, I asked about late arrival for booking 2 and I was told no problem because the room was prepaid. I was 12 hours late due to flight delay and was told that my reservation had been cancelled and I had been charged a no-show fee. Desk clerk, after 30 minutes and 2 phone calls, did reverse the no-show fee and give us a room. It was double beds not king as reserved. Restaurant server was busy talking to desk clerk. Asked second server for bill. He went to register and never came back. Fancy clock/radio had no instructions to set the time of day. Which is always wrong because the power to the room turns off when you leave. No guide to TV channels in room. Asked front desk if they had a guide and she said "Yes I have a guide. What channel are you looking for?" I gave the desk clerk $10.14 to pay for a $2.14 Diet Coke. He had to get a second employee with a calculator to determine my change, which happens to be $8.00. This hotel is a disgrace to the Best Western name.

Pros: Clean rooms, great dinner staff!
Cons: Check-in staffing.
Location: Not much to do nearby, but check out the in house bar and dinner menu.
Overall good experience. Front desk afternoon staff was not the best, but everyone else was fantastic. They got us an early room, since we arrived early which was greatly appreciated. Carlos the dinner cook was great at his trade and even came out and checked on our meals! Miguel the bartender made us have a great evening and was very courteous and welcoming!

Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: The clock radio could not be set. More help at the check in counter. The airport van only runs every 30 minutes.
Location: We were able to walk to a nearby Cuban Restaurant...felt safe walking. It was near the airport.
There was only 1 person at the check in counter the afternoon and evening of March 2. She was trying her best but needed help! And you could not call the desk (to,get a taxi) and there was no phone book or TV station guide in the room. The bar staff were able to be of more assistance (restaurant recommendation). We also assumed breakfast was included..like other Best Westerns.....not!

Pros: So clean and pretty. Very convenient to airport. Excellent staff!
Location: I got in late and left early. But there is a restaurant in the hotel that looked nice.
I was so pleased with this hotel. It is very new with a modern design; really nice room, bedding seems like all natural fibers--no horrible polyester! I took the shuttle from the airport and it could not have been easier. I cannot say enough about how excellent the staff were; they could not have been more professional, kind, and helpful (and it was a very busy night).

Pros: THE STAFF WAS NICE, GOOD PRICE, EXCELENT LOCATION.
Cons: ROOM CLEANLINESS AND THE OVERAL STRUCTURE OF THE HOTEL. THE LOBBY SHOULD BE BIGGER AND NICER, DOESN'T LOOK WELCOMING.
Location: 5 MINUTES FROM AIRPORT, 5 MINUTES FROM CORAL GABLES AND 10-15 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN.
NICE ROOMS BUT FOUND TRASH IN TRASHCAN AND THE LOBBY WAS EXTREMELY SMALL. PICTURES CAN BE DECEIVING, BE CAREFUL.

Stayed for one night because it was close to the airport. From the outside it doesn't look like much but to our surprise it was the nicest room we've had in South Florida!

Overall pleasant stay. Clean, modern and comfy. Restaurant came in handy as we arrived tired and hungry. Had the steak, my wife had the salmon.
