The pictures on Expedia for the room I picked is completely different to reality. It really was a rip off. The hostel was a rathole. Definitely not apt for business travel. The room was not really a room, no windows. Just a hole towards the end of the dormitory that smelled terribly. Breakfast was a bit of cereal and milk, not even orange juice. I surgery taking the property off Expedia. I found cockroaches in the room.

Location is good. Staff couldn't help about parking. I understand there is no onsite parking but they should be able to provide information where you can or can't park. It's old and outdated. Clean but looks a bit yuk. Price is too high for what it is. Breakfast was just toast and sugary cereal.

Not recommended for handicapped people. Beds are 6" off the ground. Steps up into the rooms. "Dining" is on the second floor, no elevator. All activities promised (Bar onsite, movie night, salsa night, etc) don't exist, only at their "other property". Breakfast is cereal and toast, dinner some version of pasta.

A few blocks to beach.
I had my own room in a dorm with table & chair. The dorm had two rooms in addition to mine. The bigger room next to entrance had two 3 bed bunks (lower bunks were ON the floor). The other dorm room had two normal 2 bed bunks. I cleaned hair out the shower/bathtub drain twice so water would drain ok. The sink clogged up. Kitchen is too small. This dorm was roomy. Food was meager.

Not what it seems
The hostel is not like the pictures online. The beds were hard and the bottom bunk was on floor. The lady at check in was rude. The place was clean. My stay included breakfast which consisted of plain cereal and milk and coffee and Dinner which was served in a small child sized bowl. But it was a cheap and quick one my gut stay. You get what you pay for.

It's a hostel, so you're sharing a bathroom with multiple people. The "kitchen" looked a bit sus, so I skipped the breakfast and dinner option. Can't beat the price and location though! Easy access to Miami Beach!

The guy at the front desk. was playing video games when I showed up late night. After a long 9 hour ride from Jacksonville to Miami on a bus. He tell me Florida residents not allowed cause yall break stuff wow. Then tell me to leave the property very rude. Orbitz never inform me of the no state residents rule. And the guy couldn't have a care in the world that I would be sleeping on the streets. Most of the reviews was bad about this place. The reviews be true the reviews be true.

For the price it cannot be beat. It is not a 5 star resort, but if you just need a place to stay for a few nights.

I arrived at 11:45 pm and asked "hey my car is parked across the street is that okay? I couldn't find parking" and told "yeah as long as you move your car by 8am when the restaurant opens" I checked out at 7 am and my car was TOWED and I was freaking out and all one of the workers said was 'ah yeah that happens you shouldn't have parked on the left' like a little warning WHEN I ASKED would have been nice and one employee started calling tow companies for me and he was helpful but I was just so frustrated and $385 later I got my car back

The people here are really kind and help us a lot on the building. The manager Giose is really servicial and the breakfast and dinner is awesome. I will definitely come back here when I need it. The place is a 10/10
