“A great room after a long day”

We drove from Orlando to Miami and were pleased to find our room so comfortable. Especially impressed with the amenities from Bath & Body Works. :) Its located near South Beach and the shopping area, plus lotsa cafes and eating places around. We loved the room! Parking's gonna cost some money tho, hotel offered us valet at $25, but we managed to get a spot where the meter charged $1/hr.

“Lovely find”

We chose this hotel based on reviews and were not disappointed. It is close to the SB action but calm and tranquil. Location, excellent breakfast and friendly bi-lingual staff made this a good choice for our weekend in Miami Beach.

“can't wait to go back!!”

I absolutely loved this hotel. I did not think it was too small for me or my friend and all of our junk! The staff was extremely friendly and I will definitely stay here again! The only disappointment was that they no longer have the free happy hour. Now, they give you a $5 off coupon for your bar tab but it can't be combined with any other specials.

“Great value and fantastic service”

You may be looking for a hotel right on ocean drive to be that much closer to the beach.If you are a budget traveler like I am, Blue Moon is heaven. This hotel is great value for what you get.They charge every guest a mandatory $7/day for complimentary breakfast,snacks upto 6pm,beach towels,beach chairs,20%discount coupon to a great restaurant,complimentary access to a gym close by and $5 off your order at their bar.Its a great deal because: the breakfast is fantastic; you would pay $15 a piece for chairs on the beach otherwise and you will end up getting your beer for $1 at the bar.(Keep in mind that the drink coupon is not valid for specials) Service is very good.They will get anything done for you. The friendliest of the 3 hotels I stayed at.If you are looking for a 4 hour(bus and boat) tour of Miami, just talk to them and they will hook you up for about $50/person.(totally worth it) The rooms are very clean and they keep bathroom stuff from Bath&Body Works.When you feel like you have had enough of the beach, they have a cozy hot tub next to their restaurant. Overall, a very satisfying experience for a great price.Located steps away from the beach, you will be among most of the action.Walk south and you reach a shopping district. Walk North an you reach Lincoln Ave.To have maximum fun, stay on ocean drive.

“Blue Moon Stay”

We stayed at the Blue Moon for several days. Check in was a breeze. We found the hotel, room and amenities a very good value for the price paid. Your stay includes a continental breakfast which consisted of bagels, toast, croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice, waffles, coffee, yogurt, fruits, and cereal. It also included an evening snack of juice, fruits, and crackers. You will also get a coupon for $5 off any drinks purchased at the bar. However, the drinks are very expensive even with the coupon. You also get complimentary use of beach chairs and towels. The hotel is conveniently located a block from the beach and within walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. A taxi from MIA is a flat rate of $32. To the port $24.

“Great Location with Terrific Staff”

This was my first time in Miami, and my first long vacation in some time. The hotel is one block from the beach, which means it has a little less foot traffic and a little less noise than hotels on Ocean Avenue. The staff also arranged for an in-room massage, sightseeing trips and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious and well-cleaned each day. In large part because of the hotel, I plan to return to Miami Beach soon.

“A very nice stay”

When we arrived our room was not ready (we got there a bit earlier than we were supposed to) and the reception people were extremely nice, pleasant and gave us info about what we can do in South Beach!. We stayed there for 3 nights. As we requested they gave us a room with pool view, a very cute and quiet room. Very good bathroom supply too. The AC was a little noisy but we 've managed that!! Also the pool is very very small.... Shame... The hotel is very well located and they offer parking valet, bar and the breakfast was good too. We will for sure recommend this hotel to our friends and maybe if we come back we will go there again... Thank you to all of the staff there ....

Excellent Hotel for those going down for a good time. The room was clean, the front-desk folks were soooo nice and helpful with everything. The waffles at breakfast were amazing... We will no doubt stay here again next time!

The renovated rooms are simple though very well done. Everything one needs is available. Breakfast is a delightful surprise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay tremendously.
