Great Hotel,Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: great rooms
Cons: The lobby and amenities in the hotel. The gym was old.
Location: great spot near the beach
We had a great stay at the hotel, the only thing is related to some furniture that was defective, anyway the hotel staff was great to change us to other room because of that.

Nice hotel w large rooms. Honestly it's a condo more than an hotel. Close by the beach. But the pool has no music/food or drinks.

Looks good feels badPosted Feb 17, 2015
Staff was great, courteous, helpful. Hotel looks good, great area, easy walk to convention center, resturants and shopping. The king bed should be replaced and the torn sofa bed should be thrown in the dump. My son could not sleep on it because the hard springs were uncomfortable. Staff sent us a roll away bed. Two little cute chairs were torn also. Very disappointed with hotel.

Very spacious Hotel/ Condo with full kitchen.Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: size of room, nicely decorated and nice staff
Cons: needs to be upgraded and taken care of more.
Location: North end of South Beach, Hotel is located at 21st street between Collins and Washington.
Kind of pricey ( $400+ per day) but you get a lot with this price. 2 bathrooms a huge shower, living room, kitchen bedroom etc. Very nicely decorated but worn down now by too many people staying there and needs to be upgraded again. It is still nice but there are chips on the wall, scratches on the floor etc

As fotos divulgadas enganam.

Small glitches but a very nice stay.Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: The staff! From doorman to front desk to housekeepers, everyone was helpful and friendly. We made a lot of requests and never felt ignored or put off.
Cons: The facilities can use a bit of updating in terms of paint. Front desk people are overworked and have to juggle a lot!
Location: It's South Beach! EVerything right at your fingertips and Boulan has its own beach front across the street.
Stayed for 3 nights over MLK weekend - two adults and two kids ages 9 and 10. We had a terrace 1 BR facing Collins Ave. The room was extremely large with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1.5 baths, pullout couch and queen bed. We had some issues with the room - toilet clogged twice and safe not working - but each time we called, maintenance came to fix the problem within 10 minutes of when we called the front desk. The front desk seemed overworked but met our every request (including a last minute car reservation request) with a smile and good cheer. The pool area on the roof was lovely. Best part of the hotel is its restaurant - the Orange Blossom. Again, staff was uniformly friendly and helped us make the best use of our free breakfast vouchers when we wanted to also order off the regular menu. We had dinner there one night and the food was thoughtful and outstanding (ate ravioli, seafood risotto, mushroom risotto, mussels, burrata and tomato appetizer and tuna tartare). This is a really good hotel for families - it is on the more quiet end of South Beach. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice; but not quite a hotel yetPosted Jan 17, 2015
Pros: The suites are very large, modern and nicely decorated.
Cons: The patio and pool furniture require some upkeep. Pool umbrellas are needed for shade.
Location: Great location. Loads of retaurants. A 5 minute walk to Lincoln Road Mall and a 10 minute walk to Espanola Street. A 2 minute walk to the beach.
The lobby is small; but that is quickly forgiven when you arrive at your suite. We had a large, very modern and spotless apartment. One and a half baths with a huge master bathroom. The bathtub and shower were ultra modern but the shower lacked soap dishes. The bedroom had a king bed and glass pocket doors leading to the living room, dining area and kitchen. Furniture and decorations were lovely; but a lot of the storage cupboards and drawers are somewhat cheaply made and stick. We also had a huge 500 square foot terrace overlooking Collins Ave. Unfortunately the terrace furniture was in need of obvious repair and cleaning. Location is just 4 or 5 blocks north of Lincoln Road Mall with its fun food and people watching. Now for the small issues that sets it apart from a full service hotel: 1. The roof top pool is a lovely area; but there are no patio umbrellas, no pool service, no service, no extra towels and the padded chaise lounges need cleaning. 2. Breakfast is included; but they don't tell you its food limitations or the fact that you have to go to an independent restaurant located down the block. Apparently this situation will be changing soon when they open their own restaurant. 3. There is no room service for food or drinks. 4. Apparently the Boulan Hotel owns a part of the hotel and the other part is owned by Villa Bagatelle. The two owners of the hotel book separately. I'm not sure whether there are differences in the room rates. Overall, highly recommended.
