“Pleasant Stay”

I travel to Miami often and this was the best hotel/suite so far. The staff were very friendly and helpful..Thanks Marta. The room was in great condition and much more than my expectations. Location is excellent for any and all your needs without ever having to rent a vehicle; also directly across the street from the beach. I plan on staying here again when I return..

“Can't wait to go back!”

The hotel was very nice and Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay "Great". They had some beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to use at the beach, which was a short walk from the hotel. The only thing I think they could change is how loud the hotel room doors close. Be sure to utilize the kitchen!

“We loved it!”

I've stayed in Miami on many ocassions, therefore, I am aware that the hotels may appear nice on the website but are very old and dirty, therefore I read all the customer reviews for the hotels and decided upon the Casanova Suites. The hotel was exactly as pictured and we were very pleased. The bed was very comfortable and the Kitchen area was also very nice. The livingroom had panoramic views and the terrace in the bedroom had a beach view, which of course looked out on Ocean Drive, which was great. The rooftop pool was small but beautiful and there was a large lounge area on the roof as well. The only recommendation would be more lighting. The ceiling light didnt work and the bedside lamps weren't very bright. Another recommenation would be to access to the internet, there were none, so we had to find an internet cafe to do an online check in for our flight home. BTW, the entrance to the hotel in on the side, so you can easily miss it. We circled the block a number of times. Its located next to the Bentley on Ocean Drive, between 5th and 6th. The front desk personnel is the person who will meet your every need 24 hours a day and they were always very accomidating. I would definitely stay here again.

“Nice Hotel - Would Go Back”

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Casanova Suites last week and overall were very pleased. We stayed for 3 nights in a standard one bedroom suite, which was very spacious with a decent sized bathroom. The room itself was very nice, although it could've used a fresh coat of paint and some of the furniture in the living room looked a little worn. The kitchen area looked brand new, as did the bedroom furniture. The front desk staff seemed friendly and housekeeping did a good job. The location was outstanding, right across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. My only complaint was that it was a little noisy at times. The room across the hall from us must have been watching some kind of sporting event and kept yelling. Not a huge deal, but gets a little annoying after a while. The last day the garbage truck outside woke me up because of how loud it was. Of course, you have to keep in mind that this is South Beach. There's going to be a lot of noise and considering how old most of the buildings are, they aren't exactly soundproof. Overall, a great hotel for the price. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

“Good place to stay.”

This place was a great place to stay. My grilfriend and I (both in our mid twenties) visited the first week in June and enjoyed our stay. Its a short ride from the airport and has everything you need cose by. Plenty of great places to eat near by (Medi was great), CVS less than two blocks away and the beach is across the street. You get a very nice view from the rooftop pool area. Great place to hang out if your tired of rolling around in the sand and just want some sun. The hotel seems to have been remodeled and has some kinks around. Nothing major. Just sinks handles that keep turning. Everything looks good though and very clean. The staff is great at helping you with whatever you need. They switched our room for us because there wasn't a remote control for the TV in ours. Its an eco friendly hotel and has key card that are made from recycled cardboard. Don't get them wet! Can get a little noisy at night. If the lounge downstairs is open, you be able to hear the music throughout the whole place. Not a problem if your coming back from a night out and its great to have a place to have a nightcap and ride up to your room. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would stay at this hotel the next time I visit the South Beach area.

“Great stay for the price”

The suites are luxuriously superb and spaious, but what is most satifying is the fact that you're are smack dab in the middle of the "world famous" South Beach. Their room lock computer systems were down, soo we never got a room key, and the rooms could have been cleaner, but overall my stay was worth it.

“Quite Impressed, Will Definitely Stay Here Again!”

The hotel is located in a wonderful spot. It's on the famous Ocean Drive, but is at the end of Lummus Beach so it's not as loud and noisy as the main area of Ocean Drive. The room looks just like the pictures on their website, so you won't be disappointed. The only downside to my hotel stay was that I didn't realize one of the wine bottles was already open before I checked into the room [so make sure you check all the bottles/cans of alcohol right away]. However, after a call down to the front desk the hotel manager did come up to the room to inspect the bottle and I was not charged for it. If you are looking for cheap drinks then don't go to any of the places on Ocean Drive. You're much better off walking over a block or two to Collins or Washington Avenue to find reasonable prices for drinks.
