“Party at the Cleveland”

Music is loud and lasts all night and that's a good thing. Staff friendly and the location is the best in south beach! I will return. Probly not for the over 40 crowd unless you like tooo party cause all were welcome!

“pretty decent hotel”

The hotel was great for the average 20 year old. I am use to more space in my rooms; even though many of the hotels on ocean drive are very tiny..... All in all, it was a great experience.

“Hot & Wild weekend”

Wonderful location and hotel. They just need to shut down the airplane engine noice that continuously vibrates in the AC system. We had to stuff a pin in the wall to stop the closet door from vibrating and sleep with the TV on all night to try and block out the annoying AC noices. Their AC system needs alot of work before I would feel comfortable staying again. Also, they need refrigerators or at the very least, ice machines on each floor!

“Destination South Beach”

Centrally located around everything the Clevelander is the place to be. The bar and food there is great, and if you want something other than what they have, there are tons of bars and eateries all along the ocean dr. Everything that south beach stands for this hotel had. Party starts at 3p end at 5a. I was pleased to say the least. Taxi from the hotel to apt $32.

“The Heartbeat of South Beach”

The Clevelander is a great place to stay if you're looking to truly experience South Beach. The location is great; right across the street from the beach and in the heart of South Beach. The staff members are extremely friendly and accommodating, recommending fun things to do in the area. You are greeted with a delicious Miami Vice as you check in; they're so good that I had at least one every day of my trip. No matter what time of day or day in the week it is, The Clevelander is always popping. If you're new to South Beach and walk by the hotel, you will be say to yourself wow that hotel is sick and you'll want to stay there. The hotel is definitely a 21+ spot and not for families with children or adults looking to relax casually. There are only a few complaints I had while staying there. Someone attempted to charge valet service to my room under my name and the hotel added it to my bill. Meanwhile, I did not even have a car while I was down there. The front desk took it off my bill, but the hotel should do more to prevent things like this from happening. Another complaint I had was the fact that there are no mini-fridges in the rooms. If you're looking for a cold bottle of water in the middle of the night, be prepared to walk downstairs and pay for one. Overall, staying at The Clevelander was great. There are plenty of things to do and the location is perfect. If you and some friends are looking for an inexpensive place to party in South Beach, go with the Clevelander.

I would recommend staying in the heart of South Beach, at The Clevelander. The beach is right across the street and there are so many things to do both day and night in the hotel's location.

“"Are you mad?"”

Someone from corporate management needs to stay in room 515 overnight to properly experience what I went through. The elevator chime is set way to loud. You can hear it from the the FOURTH Floor every ten minutes. This is NOT very conductive to the sleeping process. The sound proofing on the room doors is a disaster. Every-time a door slams in the hallway it is like a gunshot. Then the staff starts clening bright and early. We also have the rooftop DJ blasting out music until 4am, which is cool, but leads to drunk people wandering down the hallway at 5am. On my last night there it was raining very heavy and about 3am water started to leak from the access patch overhead onto MY FOREHEAD. There was not even a chair in my room to sit in, but I must admit the pillows and mattresses were first class. The central location on Ocean Drive is also a plus.

“South Beach Best Hotel”

I called all my friends and family to let them know how wonderful the hotel and services where. We where on vacation making plans for our next trip. We loved the fact that we where in walking distance from everything. The trip was wonderful and I would suggest that everyone go.
