OK on the budget, noisy and underwhelming service

Pros: Clean
Cons: Too small, noisy, poor customer service, restaurant featured but in perennial "renovations" so it's really just shut down.
Location: Shopping
I was disappointed as soon as I opened the door to my room and they refused to refund. I have NEVER not been reimbursed 100% based on customer satisfaction at arrival and even afterwards in spite of posted policy.

The Clinton is good if you only need somewhere to sleep. The photos of the Clinton (pool) is overrated!!!!!!!!!! The Clinton hotel is not worth MORE than 75$ a day.

Disappointed this time around

This was my 3rd time at the Clinton spa and it was my least favorite visit. My stay basically consisted of 2 big water bugs roaches in one room, had to switch rooms immediately which the front desk receptionist was very helpful and kind about it. No happy hour, no continental breakfast, and no shuttle service. According to the employees, the hotel is under new management and things are still transitioning. Anyways it was my last stay there. On to bigger and better!

The rooms and bed sheets were not clean and it smelled like mold. Luckily I had a room change. I heard this place has been sold to new owner so hopefully new management takes care of this. Overall, I will not stay here ever again.

No hot water and no breakfast or happy hour

Airport shuttle doesn't always show up on given times. No breakfast or happy hour. No hot water for first few days. Ac leaked and shower leaked all over the floor. Phone didn't work. New owners were coming in for renovations so maybe the future it will be better. Has some nice things but definitely needs alot of work. Great location.
