“"Not impressed" even if it was cheap”

Got what we paid, Very old hotel, not updated in 20 years,Old TV, remote didn't work, beds were soft & bad, Slowest internet on face of earth though hotel was fairly clean and breakfast was OK too. Got too good deal for close to airport and it was very busy, so service was very slow for traffic

“Convenient and inexpensive”

The room was large and comfortsble. Unfortunately, the tub was stopped up when we arrived. We complained and that wss fixed promptly and completely.

“I hope that I will never have to go back to this hotel”

It smells mold everywhere due to the old carpet in the hallways and in the bedrooms. The daily cleaning of the bedrooms happened late (after 4pm) after requesting it. The breakfast served was of low quality and there are no seats enough for everybody. I asked that some orders from Amazon be delivered at the hotel and got no information from the front desk. Only after insisting that the packages were delivered (information received through internet) I received them.

“poor.”

Poor maintenance. Wasn't dirty, but looked dirty. Noisy. Lots of people not looking very clean with feet on couches, chairs, etc. Poor impression when you come in and see all this.

“"Dated and Musty"”

Took front desk employees a long time to even check us in because they were to busy goofing off! Very old decor throughout hotel and musty smelling. Our room had a very strong musty smell, just seemed dirty, didn't even brave the showers. Had a non smoking room but the bed sheets had numerous cigarette burn holes in them! Toilets sat so low to the ground it seemed like you were using one from a preschool classroom! It was way over priced for the quality!!

“Very good and with a good price for what you get”

It was good. Near the airport and you can get wherever you want. Room are very comfortable and preety. The staff was very good,good service.

“Very Safe - Strongly Recommend”

I left my credit card and cash at the hotel. I realized this when I was at the airport about to board. I called the staff you secured the card and cash for me and passed it to my colleague who went their later to collect it on my behalf. I am mighty impressed. Strongly recommend.

“Cheap”

Stayed here while waiting for train to get home. Lobby was lovely, with nice helpful people at the desk. Room was clean, but a little shabby in places. Breakfast was very nice, with hot food along with cold choices. Dinner later was not so great, worker appeared sullen and reluctant to help. Couldn't find the pool. Liked the free shuttle to the airport though. A good cheap place to stay if you are visiting Miami, and going to be out doing stuff.
