Hotel is close to downtown areaPosted Sep 11, 2014
Other than Epedia ruining my travel arrangements, I would reend this hotel, but if you deal with Expedia you get what you pay for, and I would rather pay cost than to go through that again. As for the hotel...OUTSTANDING! Paid $111 and change total and was with it! Didn't want to get out of the bed! The only drawback would be the shuttle. At no control of their own, there are security checks prior to entering the airport so leave 30 minutes early...not his fault.

Perfect hotel for Cruisers!!!Posted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Nice free ride to the Port. Great Breakfast. Excellent staff. Clean Room.
Cons: A bigger sign LOL there is another Comfort in down the street and we saw the big sign so went there first.
Location: The staff sent us to the local sports bar for an excellent dinner. Then the men went deep sea fishing about 6 miles away
Staff was excellent and personable. We stayed only one night since we were cruising the next day. We had a suite for a family of four and there was plenty of room. They did not charge to go to the port the next day and that is hard to come by in Miami. It was not some old shuttle bus either it was a nice comfortable bus to the port. The pool was small but nice and clean, the exercise room was perfect to stretch out after our flight to Orlando and our drive to Miami. I will stay there every time I go to Miami for a cruise - guaranteed!

Close to the airport and port of MiamiPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing with the hotel. Just ask at the front desk before ordering food for delivery as we were ripped off by a local restaurant.
Location: The airport was minutes away as was the port of Miami. The Dolphin mall (which has movies, bowling, mini golf, etc...) was also a quick ride away.
We stayed there for the first night of our honeymoon, prior to taking a cruise. The suite was immaculate, bed comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle and shuttle to the port was very convenient.

Comfort Suites Miami Airport NPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Overall look and customer service.
Cons: From the hour that I stood there, we didn't notice anything.
Location: Near the airport, did not get to explore the area.
My husband and I planned a trip to Miami for two days to get away. I booked with Expedia for Comfort Suites Miami Airport N months in advance. When we arrived at midnight, after a long drive (we came from NYC), we were told by hotel staff that our reservation was never made. I immediately called Expedia and was told that the hotel never confirmed my reservation. An hour later, my husband and I were booked into another hotel in downtown Miami. Although we did not get to stay at this particular hotel, the overall look and customer service was nice.

Convenient and comfortable.Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Comfortable beds, computers and printer all set up for travelers, breakfast
Cons: Carpet didn't look very clean
Location: Convenient from the airport
Very close to the airport. The room was big, with a little leaving room space. The beds are very comfortable and welcoming. They also have a computer area where you can check in on your next flight and print boarding passes. Since we were just passing through, this made a huge difference for us. Breakfast is nice with good, simple choices. Definitely a good experience, worth recommending!

Don't confuse with Comfort Inn and Suites!Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Check-in, the feel of the environment, breakfast buffet with many choices.
Cons: Clean carpets thoroughly (replacing them with nicer colors/design is probably be too much to ask for).
Location: Did not have time to look between flights.
We arrived close to midnight, after being dropped off at Comfort Inn and Suites first. My husband actually joked with the airport shuttle driver about being dropped off at the right hotel; still, it did not work out. We did not learn that we were in the wrong hotel (with a very similar name!) until after having waited in line to check in. People at the front desk there were an odd bunch and not especially helpful. Once we managed to get a ride to Comfort Suites, everything went smoothly. Chek-in was a breeze. We did not have much time to check out hotel facilities but the room was very nice and modern (except for the ugly carpet) and the breakfast buffet was plentiful (though a bit over-crowded for awhile, with just one person in charge). My 8-year old son was first disappointed to have to sleep in a sofa bed but, the next morning, he said it was just fine.

Free shuttle from the airport (have to call on arrival) and to the Miami port. Not many choice at breakfast, but hey is still free... The hotel is near the airport and the Miami port. Good for Cruise traveller.
