Hotel and staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to help you. From the minute we pulled in under the canopy until the minute we left. The valet parking staff really rocks. I forgot some items in my car and they made several trips for us to get the items we forgot. I would stay here again!

Location: Mary Brickell
Great location, in the heart of Brickell. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel has great views on the 25th floor where the restaurant and bar is located. One thing I did not like is that if you want to go out of the hotel, you have to take elevators go to 25 floor to connect to another set of elevators to go down to the main floor....but I guess thats the way it was set up...And the pool is only open from sunrise to sunset.... :(

Room and hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Francois chief concierge who was always very friendly. I was a little disappointed with the hot breakfast in the restaurant due to the plates being cold. Ideally located for the free shuttle train which provided access to plenty of other locations. Overall a good experience. Roof top pool was very nice also.

Pros: Very up to date. Very clean.
Location: I was on business and it was in the middle of great restaurants and my customers. It also offered a pool and spa to unwind and relax.
The staff could not have been anymore gracious. Great place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Conrad. Very clean and friendly staff. House keeping was very professional and front desk responded to all my requests immidiately. Pool area might need little renovation and upgrades. Breakfast service also needs extra attention; maybe more selections and couple additional people to check on tables.

Cons: They could add an electric kettle and some extras for tea lovers. It was more oriented to coffee drinkers, but being America, this was to be expected
The Conrad was a nice experience, very close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was good too. May stay there again if visiting Miami, and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and cleanliness.

One horrible night at the Conrad

Pros: The pool was ok, but it's located in another building so you have to take 3 elevators from your room to get there.
Cons: Staff and rooms.
Location: Very close to good restaurants and the Miami financial district.
I booked a last minute, discounted one-night rate because the price was surprisingly low. Having stayed at other Conrad's, I felt I was in for a treat. The problems began with check in where the woman was rude and unhelpful. The lobby of the hotel is on the 25th floor and the elevators to the rooms are not the same bank so to get to your room and to get to the street you need to travel on 2 sets of elevators. I finally make it to the room and despite that the reservation was for 2 adults, there was only one towel in the room. The fixtures in the room are dated but comfortable. I was also surprised that there was a $15 charge to use the wireless internet - I didn't realize hotels were still charging for internet access. The internet connection was slow and kept cutting out. Finally, despite being on the 20th floor, I could clearly hear the music coming from restaurants on the street.

Pros: The staff and the smell. The hotel smelled great where ever you were.
Cons: Pool is very boring. It needs music.
We loved the staff especially the French concierge. He was so helpful and nice. He loves his job and it shows.
