The manager Jimmy might ruin your trip. My experience is I paid $148 for breakfast for 2 nights of 2 rooms, but I didn’t get anything as a breakfast. I talked with the manager Jimmy, he is very positive and promised to get me the refund the same day as I checking out. However, when I leave Miami that day later, I got his email saying he couldn’t help and ask me to contact the third party where I booked my trip (which is Expedia) myself. Well, so I did, however the Expedia staff said he couldn’t be reached. I called twice in 4 four days. So… just imagine if any problem happened to you during your stay, what kind of help you might get from him.
