hotel in coral gables.

Pros: location is in the center of miami for my needs.
Cons: i our case the reservation were not what we had requested.
Location: too crowded parkings around the hotel
when we arrived i had reserved two queen beds. at 10pm upon arrival they told us they did not have the room. i had to sleep on a small bed from the couch. There was no parking either at the arrival. had to park on the street.

Close to airport. Close to coral gables shops etc. friendly staff. Generally a nice stay.

Pros: Great front desk staff. Busy place yet very courteous manager, and she was training at the same time!!
Cons: AC / heater was to loud. Had to turn it off in order to get to sleep.

A good location

Pros: Comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Coral Gables is a delightful area, and from there it was easy to get to many places of interest. We were disappointed that the Venetian Pool was closed for renovation, but soon found alternatives. The hotel shuttle bus was useful, and plenty of free trolley rides around the area. Great places to eat in Miracle Mile.

overall OK for a night or two! it'd be better if car parking fee is included in the rate.

Comfortable, clean and a good base

The hotel was clean and comfortable, however it does lack some of the facilities that some persons would require on holiday. However for us it was fine as we only needed it as a base; we spent little time at the hotel and had hired a car (which was parked conveniently in the hotel car park for $10 per day) so went out for all of our meals. If you are looking for a poolside break this would not be for you, if however you want a good hotel with friendly staff in a nice location (only a few blocks from miracle mile, Coral Gables) then we would recommend it.

Nice place to stay.

Stayed here during the Nascar race weekend, nice Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful no complaints other than wishing the bar was open later.

OK bit a little disappointing

OK, but expensive. Stayed at many hotels this trip and Courtyard Miami in Coral Gables rated towards the bottom of the list (overall). Not that it was that bad, but other hotels were better in so many ways.

Weekend getaway!

Bellhop, Umberto very helpful. Front desk also friendly and helpful with directions to Biltmore and Coral Gables Country Club. The chocolate chip cookies are delicious!
