We had to sleep with construction noises for our building. If there is a construction going on, they should not event rent these rooms.

Thank you for staying with us and we are sorry for the late reply. We apologize for the inconvenience due to the construction noise. Unfortunately, we must complete this work per county and state requirement. There is a notice posted on our website stating that we will be repairing the building's exterior concrete June 19 - January 31, 2024 and guests may experience noise, scaffolding, and construction workers from Monday - Friday. We can only hope that this experience will not discourage you from visiting our resort in the future so that we may have another opportunity to convince you of our commitment to high standards.

We love the area, that's why we booked this hotel. But they placed us in a shabby building, which was renovated at the same time we stayed there! Also No view ( even I asked so many times), just workers outside the window!! We couldn't open the curtains because of that! - no privacy!

Please keep in mind that you were placed in the Crescent building as that is the property you booked. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience due to the construction noise. Kind of ridicules
The location is great ! The only thing is the weird policy. We ordered 4 rooms, my friend who travelled parents arrived at 4pm , they was supposed to get 2 rooms. but she could not get it because I registered the name under my name. My flight only can arrive at mid night. I called hotel to explain the situation by saying I can provide all the document by phone/email just to release the 2nd room for my friend. After all the communication, she could not get it and ended up pay for the extra 5th room on the spot.

As you know, Hilton has a very strict policy when it comes to check-ins. If the name of the person checking- in does not match the name on the reservation, the hotel may refuse to honor the check-in for security purposes. Over the phone verifications are not allowed. For future reference, please make sure to the add additional guests to the reservation when booking your reservation to avoid these issues. With that being said, we are glad you liked our location, and we hope to see you in the near future.

Excellent location for beach access. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops including Lincoln Road Mall. Comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished room. We enjoyed our stay. Unclear why the term "Resort" appears in the name, for the amenities expected from a resort are absent. However it is a very good hotel and recommended unless you want (for instance) a pool or a reserved beach cabana.

Right in the action. Surprisingly, there was rarely a staff member at the front desk at this hotel and its sister hotel (and the one in between)...for hours. Would be incredibly frustrating if you needed to check-in or some assistance. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. I will return.

Love our stay at Crescent hotel. I would definitely book there again. It was perfect for a last minute booking. I was so happy the room included a kitchen. It was convenient because we have a baby and I was able to boil his drinking water and sterilized his bottles. We was able to store our leftovers from the restaurants in fridge along with drinks and baby food. We got the park/ocean view room. Everything in the room looked fairly new and clean. We were all very comfortable and happy. The only thing I think needs improving is the coffee station. I wanted a cup of tea and couldn’t get one :-/

Very thankful for the early check in as I had been traveling all night. The room was nice and clean and I loved the living and kitchen area. The area has everything one needs, from restaurants to shopping. The only downfall is the shower had little pressure and the water temperature was not hot at all. Also, the directions to the lounge chairs at the beach could be clearer by the front desk agent. But overall, good property with a great location.

We booked this trip last minute with little knowledge of the area. Chose it because of the proximity to the beach. Was expecting far less than what we actually got. Hotel staff was very friendly, room was extremely nice and larger than what I was expecting. Bed was very comfortable. Nice front porch to sit on and enjoy the weather. Ocean Drive is closed in front of the hotel so did have to walk less than a block to get an Uber. Honestly I think it being closed is a bonus, because it is pretty loud a couple blocks down where it is open and probably would have been hard to sleep. Exceptional value would definitely recommend

In the middle of ALL the action in South Beach!
An amazing little hotel in the middle of all the action. Could not have asked for a better location. Next to all the great food and social life on South Beach! Ocean street is the place to stay!

I had a room with a kitchenette and living room and it was lovely. The best thing about the room me and my wife liked that it had multiple doors to close off the bathroom from ths bedroom door and a closing door to close from the living room. So if someone in the next room making noise u can close that closing door to sound out any noice. The kitchen has a dishwasher and they include everything u need pots pans dishes, dishwashing liquid coffee maker. Bathroom was big we definitely would stay again

The resort is SO much better than it looks in pictures. The pictures look so outdated that I was hesitant but was the resort was so clean. The location is AMAZING. Do not sleep on this resort!

The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The king bed was amazing. The proximity to the beach and center of town was perfect. Check in was smooth. In room we could not hear any noise from outside or other rooms. Having a stovetop and large refrigerator were a must for us.

We were in a small suite which had a living area/kitchen in addition to the good sized bedroom. We were very comfortable during our stay. We loved being so close to the beach and walking distance to everything, including the convention center for an antique show. Our room was very quiet, we were on the top floor. You have to park at a nearby parking garage and walk your luggage over to get checked in. My wife loved the Keurig coffee maker in the lobby. Our stay was overall very comfortable, not luxurious, but a nice place to begin the day and rest between activities. We would stay here again for the value and convenience.

I had a one bedroom with living room and kitchen the space was perfect for my spouse,son and I. I like the fact that it was spacious, had what I need to cook; they could improve with the lighting for those that like more light. They have seating in the front so you can relax and enjoy day or night its right across the street from the beach. I had a few hiccups since I stayed during change in management however we made the most of our 3 week stay. I did have the pleasure of meeting the new person in charge the day I was leaving and based on our conversation due to inconveniences I had; she made sure to make things right. I have hopes of visting again soon since I know she is going to do her best to make stays an even greater experience.Thank you Mrs Borsos.
