Nice hotel close to airport

There is free shuttle to hotel from airport. Stayed over night prior to going on a cruise. Facilities was nice and had a gym and pool. Taxi cabs were waiting in the parking lot which was very convenient. The only thing was that there wasn't much around the hotel. The staff was friendly. Would stay there again if I cruise out of Maimi.

Hidden charges from Expedia

On line booking doesn't tell you have to pay parking in the hotels log that was $15 a night. The listing shows free breakfast with reservation. We booked for 4 people. So at desk they say with Expedia booking you only get 2 breakfast coupons. So we had to buy 2 more at $15 each. So now your up to $45 a night extra that wasn't in the Expedia price. It sucks!!! I think Expedia should refund us that price difference. Won't be using them again if they don't !!!

the staff was wonderful! helpful, friendly, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. the food and service in the bar was exceptional! thank you too all the staff!!

Eccellente hotel

Location: Vicinissimo all'aeroporto,in un viale trafficato con diversi ristoranti e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus che conduce all'outlet dolphin mall
Ho pernottato nell'hotel per una notte dopo il lungo viaggio aereo dall'Italia in attesa di prendere la mattina successiva un volo interno negli Usa.Ho utilizzato la comoda navetta gratuita che passa ogni venti minuti e che in cinque minuti arriva all'hotel.E'situato in un viale dove si trovano altri hotel e vari ristoranti,ottimo il Latin Cafe' ristorante cubano.L'hotel ha una grande e accogliente hall,il personale e'stato gentile e professionale.La camera era molto bella,di grandi dimensioni con un comodissimo letto matrimoniale e super accessoriata,con vista sulla piscina.Anche il bagno era in ottime condizioni con una grande doccia vasca.il Wi-Fi gratuito era velocissimo.

I was only here for one night, but the service was amazing and the room was clean. Even after I checked out they were willing to hold my luggage through the end of the day at no extra charge

Great Stay

I loved how clean the hotel was from the minute you walked in to the hotel lobby. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay again should I find myself visiting the Miami area in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Hotel is nothing special. Front desk staff do spend a lot of time standing around and talking about their clients. Quite a few do not speak English. They even charge to deliver a fridge to your room. That is the first time that has ever happend, and I have travelled a lot.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Pros: Schnelles Einchecken, sauberes Zimmer, zentrale Lage, Sehr gutes Frühstücksbufett
Cons: Coffee to go in der Lobby anbieten !!!
Location: In ca. 10 Gehminuten diverse Fastfood Ketten ( Burger King, Tacobell, Wendys usw. )
Letztes Jahr schon einmal für eine Nacht genutzt !!! Urlaub würden wir hier nicht machen, aber für ein Kurztrip völlig ok ;-)
