Cute boutique hotel. Very safe area. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. Complementary wine for Happy Hour. Daily Continental Breakfast. Coffee, tea, water , bananas, apples and oranges available 24/7. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. However, the hotel is older and does have a smell in the hallways and noise is an issue.

The hotel location is great but the room is poorly maintained and cleaned. Things falling a part and the doors would not open because the frame is out of place.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a convenient location. An easy walk to the beach, access to a bike trail and rentals plus a lively nighttime vibe just a short walk away with many restaurants. Stayed twice and would again.

The staff is very friendly and the property is well located with comfortable rooms and beds. The continental breakfast is a cold breakfast with limited options.

A clean no-frills option for Bal Harbour
The Landon Bay is in a great location with proximity to beaches and restaurants. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. However, this is a no-frills hotel. The breakfast is basically cold cereal, bagels/bread, coffee and a banana. The lobby is not a place to hang out in and the staff is limited. But for spending the night, the hotel is fine.

Small dark bedroom with 1970s air conditioning unit which is extremely noisy. Paper thin walls; desktop fridge illuminates room at night; 4 breakfast bar stools for 46 rooms. Only positive was friendly staff.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Deposit: USD 100.00 per accommodation, per stay, Resort fee USD 20.00 per accommodation, per night. The fee is to cover continental Breakfast, Wine hours every day from 5pm to 6pm. Daily Room Cleaning, 24/7 concierge and Coffee/Tea/Water & Fruits at our Lounge available, also free Wi-Fi, and towels for the beach. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance, and we’ll do better in the future.

A hotel fee was demanded even though the stay was only for a couple of hours. I was obligated to pay for wifi, cleaning, breakfast all of which I did not use. Additionally parking is a must that has to be paid.

Nothing fancy and doesn’t have any amenities. But if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable hotel this was it for me. They do charge for parking and mandatory fee for Wi-Fi, breakfast; but overall place was nice and will stay again.
