“Best deal in Miami”

We need a comfortable bed. It was plush. Coffee, tea was available throughout the day and better than the normal instant. Helpful staff. It was a special expedia deal so I hope the price doesn't go sky high on our next visit. It's an exclusive area with first class expensive shopping. Great to hang out and look. Renting a car is best because taxis are expensive from the airport. For an upscale clean enviornment this fits the reasonable bill. It's not a resort atmosphere but so very comfortable. For experienced travelers.

I loved the location. The beach is only 5 blocks away. The room is just how it shows online. The only issue is that you can hear people from the room next to you.

“Excellent Stay!!”

This hotel underwent renovations recently and therefore all the rooms look like brand new. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and very nicely furnished. The breakfast provided is great as well (coffee, orange juice, bagels, toasts, muffins). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. The location of the hotel is not directly in South Beach though, but the beach is a 5-10 minute walk. Overall, great stay, great staff, great service +++

“Awesome Stay!!!!!”

Great customer service!!!! The staff was very helpful with everything. The rooms were very comfortable and it was very quiet for a good night sleep. The location of the hotel was also very nice: we were minutes away from the ocean and some local shops and restaurants. Loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again =)

Highly recommend. Very clean; all new bedding and furnishings. Elegantly furnished; very pleasant and helpful staff. I left all my jewelry in drawer and before I could even realize I had done so, I received a call from staff offering to send to me. Very honest staff. If you are looking for great location (walking distance to plenty restaurants, shopping and beach) why stay in the "OLD" mildew hotels on the beach, when you could stay in safe, clean environment (next to police station too) and walk to all you need!

Great place to stay as long as you aren't interested in a pool or anything other than a nice place to stay which I wasn't. Very clean, comfortable and wonderful staff. Awesome T.V. in room and very comfortable beds. Location was good except for having to pay a dollar to cross the bridge to the mainland both to and from everytime! Wonderful coffee machine in the lobby available 24/7 and the continental breakfast was very good. Quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to beach and an exclusive shopping mall. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with children. More of an adult getaway. I'll go back because of the location to my son's college, I'll just plan for the extra bridge money next time!

“Great value for the money!”

My husband and I did a 2 night getaway and stayed at the Daddy O. There were no reviews at the time I booked so I was a little bit skeptical, but the price was right so I booked it anyway. Very nice boutique hotel - recently opened so everything was nice and new!! The hotel was nice and clean. Shower a little awkward with only a half door - water gets on the floor. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful! Daily continental breakfast was excellent - coffee, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, water, etc. Very little parking available, but the front desk took care of that when we had to park by meters. No hidden fees - we could park our own car and it was free!! A little far from South Beach - making a car a must. Short walk to the beach. Nice for a quiet getaway. Would definitely go back. Only drawback - you can hear everything in the next room - needs thicker walls!!
