Rooms are too small

Hotel charges $35 dollar per day resort fee, not included in Expedia rate. Hotel guest do not get entry preference to the club at the hotel. Rooms are very small and shower water was luke warm. Overall stay here was unremarkable. Nothing that would make me stay again.

Pros: The lobby was very unique and the room was beautiful. The service was prompt, friendly and I would stay again.
Location: While here we definitely took advantage of the pool and beach club. We also took a day trip to Key West, did an Airboat ride and a Marlin's game
I received this hotel recommendation from my hair salon and booked through Expedia. Very pleased with the room, service etc. We stayed for 4 nights and it was an excellent mini vacation

it's a very nice hotel, I especially appreciated walkin closet, amboance at the poolside and beachside facilities was amazing,stuff very friendly

Worst service ever

The only thing pleasant about this hotel is the approach by the employees in valet. Everything else is the worst. Room service is disgusting, service is super slow, no one is helpful when it comes to accomodations. Management is super super poor. I travel so much and this was the first trip of mine to miami and I've never felt so happy to be back home. Will never stay at that hotel, ever again!

It is always disheartening when our guests leave dissatisfied, but had any rational grievances been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have rectified them immediately. Great Hotel

Pros: Staff, Lobby and the grounds.
Cons: an alternative to the white room.
Location: Everything is close. Most things are within walking distance.
Wonderfully cool lobby and an excellent staff. Typical Collins avenue small rooms but most of them are that way on Collins unless they are a new build. The thing I didn't like is the all white rooms. It's a neat look, but when you've been out late and a little light leaks in thru the curtains it's pretty uncomfortable to me. Somebody else may love the white room. The staff was really cool. I had a late flight out and when I explained that to the desk attendant, he offered me a 2pm checkout with no problem. Now, of course, this was mid-week and can't always be expected. it was a nice touch. Other hotels in similar situations have held to their check out time even when it was low season and not busy. The grounds are beautiful too. Room service was perfect I realize the "white room" are their trade mark, but I'd love an alternative.

Great hotel, great location, great staff and vibe

Cons: Try to maintain the chill out vibe and mood which makes it the Delano
Location: Great location on Collins for nightlife or if you want to just stay in the hotel
Relaxing and perfect for chilling in a great atmosphere

Stylish hotel with modern charm

Pros: Pool area, great.
Cons: The attention to details not as attentive as once was. The crop of current hotels has left the Delano behind. weathered faculty.
Very pleasant staff, friendly and helpful. The grand dame that the Delano once was is no longer. The hotel has not kept up with the competition on Collins Avenue.. We enjoyed our stay but explored, SLS, 1 Hotel, and Edition- also an Ian Shrager hotel. Not many extras at the Delano. Nice but not great.

Excellent Hotel in South Beach

I stayed there for the Memorial long weekend and I must say there is no better hotel than Delano in South Beach. Very close to the Oceandrive, right in front of the beach and beatufiul pool. Not too crowded and especially the service in the swimming pool area is top notch. Shout out to the pool concierge team and especially Soledad and Katie were awesome! We have been gooing there for the Memorial long weekend for the past three years. Can't wait to go back next year.
