Nice small hotel with good location in south beachPosted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: excellent location. very clean and tasteful. Great Mexican restaurant
Cons: the pool is very small. no coffee machine in room, but there is a 24 hour cuban cafe right across the street
Location: one block from beach and ocean drive with all the restaurants and clubs.
The adjoining Dreams and Tudor hotels jointly owned share a small rooftop pool and bar and chairs and towels reserved on the beach. There are only 3 floors of rooms so it is small. Very clean, tasteful and well kept. Great location and excellent Mexican restaurant (the Naked Taco). Friendly staff. Valet is not very convenient but pretty good service. This is not for business or families. Good for couples and small groups

Beautiful central hotelPosted Mar 8, 2014
This hotel is so beautiful inside! We booked queen suite which was worth every penny! Rooms was modern and spacious and had every thing you would need. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival (17:00) but the staff were very helpful and the complimentary glass of champagne was a great touch. You couldn't ask for a better location, round the corner from ocean drive and a short walk from the shops! Would definitely stay here again!

Fun boutique hotel in a great south beach locationPosted Mar 2, 2014
Pros: Location and hotel style. Enjoyed breakfast by the pool on the roof deck.
Cons: The room was a bit dark and the light switches were difficult to operate. There was a bit of outside noise when we went to bed.
Location: Right near the beach. Convenient to excellent restaurants and shopping.
Only stayed one night but we enjoyed the hotel. It was reasonably priced for the location and amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and they presented you with a glass of champagne at check-in. Room was comfortable and the roof deck pool was fun. Lounge chairs outside the hotel entry allowed for some interesting people watching at night.

Rooms too small.bad lighting.thin wallsPosted Feb 22, 2014
Rooms are too small. I understand the "boutique" experience, but showering and toilet in the front foyer is a bit much. There is no option to change the lighting so you are stuck with the blue light. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear EVERYTHING, people arguing people having sex, constant doors slamming. The icing on the cake is they clean the streets at 6:30 am EVERYDAY, and the street is busy and loud 24/7. Good luck if you're trying to get a fraction of sleep.

Very Good Hotel and StaffPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: Basically everything
Location: Clubs, Beach, Bars, etc
Amazing Hotel, rooms and staff. I spent my Valentine's day at the Hotel and It was perfect. In case you decide on doing your Valentine's Day over there, talk to Oscar, he will provide anything you want to impress your date.

Anything BUT a dream hotel!Posted Feb 13, 2014
This hotel was anything but a dream. The room smelled like mildew and the walls were extremely thin, so you could here everything. I was woken up at least 3 times throughout the night. And the shower looked so gross, i was cleaner not using the shower. Would rather sleep on the street than stay here. So not worth the price.

Great location!Posted Feb 12, 2014
Pros: Location, look of rooms, location of the room. We had the corner room overlooking Collins Ave. That was fun to people watch!
Cons: Just be on top of special request. Only little 2 concerns, 1. the hotel is Green, meaning the AC is controlled by the front desk - this took a few cal
Location: Great, is walking distance to Ocean Drive, Lincoln Ave, Espanola Way, Beach is close great having chairs & towels! It was only $9 a day, for 2 people
Stayed 3 nights for my boyfriend's birthday! Hotel was beautiful, clean, classy & sleek! Showers were very sexy cool! We enjoyed everything about our stay. Only little 2 concerns, 1. the hotel is Green, meaning the AC is controlled by the front desk - this took a few calls to have the temp dropped so the room could cool off. 2. I ordered breakfast with champagne and chocolates to the room, and paid head of time, I also reminded the staff at check in that it was to be delivered at 7:30am for his birthday.... Sunday at 8am I called to see where it was, they forgot! It was brought up at 8:30am, staff was nice and apologized, but the surprise was busted! The room is cozy, therefore he heard me calling to see where it was. Other than that I would be back to stay with DREAM. A nice couples resort!!!!! - Beth Ann
Expected more from DreamPosted Feb 6, 2014
Tiny room and seedy area compared to rest of south beach. Pool is next door on a roof and a drunken man was passed out on the hotel entrance patio when I checked out. If I wasn't stuck here cuz my flight was cancelled I would never willingly stay here again.

Nice hotel with awesome upgrade!Posted Feb 6, 2014
Arrived around 10pm and was greeted by the staff and told they had upgraded me to the Duplex Suite. That was sweet! Room was very nice with a great shower and comfy bed. A bit small, but but fine for me. The second floor was a rooftop deck with a large sitting area, big screen TV and a large round couch. Perfect for a party, but I was there for business so didn't get to use it. I would love to go to back for a vacation and really get to enjoy the hotel and South Beach in general.

Good for a good price only.Posted Feb 3, 2014
Feels like a fancy hostel. Rooms are tiny and the door to the bathroom doesn't fully close. Walls also way too thin. I recommend it if you get a good deal only.
