“A True Dream!”

The Dream hotel formerly known as the Palmer House is awesome! I can honestly say this is a five star hotel at an incredible price! We absolutely loved this hotel. I read other peoples reviews on trip advisor and they also gave them five stars; so I changed my reservation to this hotel. Me and my husband are going back to South Beach in the winter when its a little cooler and we are definitely staying her again. The hotel staff is awesome; especially Yuseef and Lloyd. We were treated like royalty. The hotel made our stay in Miami wonderful.

“Short Getaway”

Great location. Close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Also had rooftop pool/lounge which made it convenient for those who don't want to walk far to go out. Drinks are a little on the pricey side since they include 20% gratuity automatically to the price. No need to tip again or else you would be double tipping. The room was clean but on the small side. You should only go with someone who you are comfortable seeing naked since the shower and toilet area are glass doors. I enjoyed the front sitting area, great for people watching while sipping on drinks. Fully stocked mini bar with everything but prices are outrageous. Good thing there is a 24 hour convenience store across the street. Everything is within walking distance.

“Great location and service”

This hotel is in a wonderful location. The service is great and friendly. Pool is only three feet deep, but is perfect for cooling off while laying out. The beach is only a block and a half behind the hotel. The only downsides are the smallish rooms and glass doors which afford little bathroom privacy and the weird push button lighting which I finally got the hang of on the last day of my stay. All that said, I would definitely stay here again.

“Flint”

This hotel name says it all "DREAM" .... Me and my hubby spent our anniversary at this hotel and we loved it!! Our only concern was the resturant and room service for the food is too expensive.

“Great Location”

I stayed there opening weekend and there were a few kinks like the shower was not working properly. They seemed on top of things and very willing to correct problems. Rooms were small but very well appointed. The fittings and furnishings were well designed and made the space seem more luxurious. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel provided they keep the room rates reasonable.

“Dream Hotel is certainly a Dream”

I must commend your establishment which began upon arrival, check-in was seamless and attendant was very informative about the hotel and amenities. My guest and I found the hotel to be ultra-chic and trendy from our ambient-lite room to the spacious rooftop pool & lounge. It's a perfect addition to the classic South Beach landscape adding a much needed top tier hotel to that immediate area. I must make particular mention to the rooftop pool staff who we found extremely personable and accommodating making our time poolside that much more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping services, especially the turn down service, which I thought added a quaint touch to the evenings. We were slightly disappointed that there was no on-site gym facility, however we were informed about the Gold's Gym affiliation in the neighborhood but unable to make it. Overall, our six day stay at the Dream was outstanding and a pleasant surprise.

“Love it”

Great location, recently renovated and modern. The in-room lighting system was a bit confusing but overall great hotel. Best for couples since all rooms have only one bed. Rooftop pool was the icing on the cake.

“Must Stay!”

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Dream South Beach hotel for a long weekend in Miami and it exceeded my expectations. First off, the service provided there is the best I've ever seen. The staff were so friendly and willing to help you whenever you had a question or concern. The decor and atmosphere were beautiful and relaxing. The roof top is gorgeous and fun to spend the day/night at. Location was great! It was a 30 second walk to the beach and near all these great restaurants and bars. Only weird thing was that the bathroom in the room had see through doors which was kind of awkward, but at the same time cool for decorative purposes. I would definitely, without a doubt come back to this hotel next time I'm in Miami.

“Just Great”

You don't need me to say this because of all the other reviews, but this hotel is just great. Just don't expect a hotel bar or pool. It is a quiet hotel not a party hotel but is located in a great spot and we walked to all the South Beach party spots.
