Nice hotel. Zuma is a very good restaurant.

Pros: Location. Zuma rstaurant. Happy hour.
Cons: Valet attention. Room cleaning.
Good experience. I did not like the long waiting time that took valet personnel.

Miami Comfort

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Need to look at re-furbishment of some items in the bedrooms.
Location: Great bars and restaurants. Zuma in the hotel was especially good. The options down towards Brcikell Avenue were also good.
The hotel was perfect for what I needed. Downtown and within easy reach of my planned business meetings. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. Spencer who works behind the bar in Area 31 was superb! Not only able to provide a great Vodka Martini but also recommend the right food from the menu. All in all a great place to stay. Just needs to look at re-furbishment of some parts ot the hotel which were looking a little tired. Otherwise - will be back in the Spring!

Top Hotel in downtown location

Pros: Friendliness is staff, free wine hour between 1700-1800 each night. The fitness and swimming pool areas.
Cons: The lift key card system didn't seem to work properly with a multitude of people making their way up to area 31 restaurant without an escort.
Location: Not much in the immediate vicinity but plenty of bars and places to eat in Brickell, a ten minute walk across the bridge behind the hotel.
The EPIC is a class above the rest. Located downtown it provides an escape for those who don't want to stay in a Miami beach location but are still looking for something special. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave all the facilities on hand are top notch. The area 31 restaurant and bar provide a meeting place on the 16th floor and although the weather had turned a little miserable by the time I left the pool area looked to be a great place to waste away a day. Due to its location there isn't much in the immediate vicinity but a 5 minute walk across the bridge brought a number of local bags and restaurants for those not wanting to pay hotel prices - Blackbird Ordinary in Brickell being one of the best for meeting the real people of Miami. Overall an excellent product from Kimpton and if you sign up for as a member of the Kimpton group you receive free WiFi during your stay.

Schönes Hotel mitten in Downtown

Hotel ist imposant und stylisch. Zimmer war mit Balkon, war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Service an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend, ebenfalls das Barpersonal. Sehr nett und bemüht. Zimmer waren schön, Betten waren auch gut, sowie schönes Badezimmer.Leider war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht dem Hotelstandard angemessen, zb Toiletten wurden nicht täglich gereinigt, Mülleimer ebenfalls nicht täglich geleert etc. Sollte bei einem 4.5 Sterns Hotel eingehalten werden. Fitnessstudio war leider recht alt. Nicht alle Maschinen funktionierten einwandfrei

Beautiful views

Pros: The hotel was very clean, the pool was beautiful and the staff around the pool couldn't do enough for you getting towels and putting them on your bed.
Location: There was some lovely restaurants and bars nearby
Hotel was very clean and views where amazing. Some staff such as reception, concierge and the vallet people could be very blunt at times. I ordered room service and it never arrived, when checking out I mentioned this and was told it hadn't been added to the bill, no apology or explanation. When collecting my car I asked the booth if it was on its way down and was told Yes I had only been waiting 9 minutes! My partner needed a emergency dentist while there they handed him a piece of paper with the numbers on, didn't ask if they could ring anybody or help and never mentioned it again. There was a club upstairs we didn't hear it but I'm sure it would have been noisy for some rooms and the amount of people wondering around the hotel during these times was worrying and at closing time there we're huge cues for taxis.

Location: Some good restaurants near by....in the heart of the city. For charm, go to South Beach
Great restaurants and location on the water. Daily free wine tasting

Very stylish

Great hotel. Only downside was experience with in room dining. I ordered breakfast which was to arrive in 30mins then had to cancel after an hour waiting for it. Second experience of ordering breakfast also required a follow up call to chase it. Didn't get much of an apology for the delay. Apart from that, great experience.

Great Room & View... But

Pros: Bathrooms. View. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Room service and valet
Beautiful room and view. The bathroom was luxurious, huge tub AND enough hot water to fill it. On the negative... room service showed up 20 minutes late with breakfast (7:15-7:30 time slot showed up at 7:50... after a phone call), and the valet group does not have there act together... give yourself plenty of time... they are slow!

It's always so nice to hear that you found our bathrooms luxurious. The problem with having such an amazing bath tub is that once you get in, you'll never want to get out!
