Downtown Miami

Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in downtown Miami and close to everything. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathroom is modern. The shower is weak and disappointing. The Zuma and area 31 restaurants are fantastic. Construction across the street can be loud and disruptive during the daytime.

Great hotel! Nice and clean, however housekeeping did not come for the last 2 days of our stay-a bit disappointed. Also disappointed that they ran out of towels at some point during our stay. Other than that, loved the hotel!

Hotel situato nel centro finanziario di Miami, a 30 minuti di macchina delle spiaggie. Hotel vecchio. sporco. Letti vecchi e piccolissimi e scomodissimi. Bagno vecchio. Doccia con poche goccie d'acqua. Hotel da NON consigljare. Ristorante ZUMA situato nel hotel, molto caro e non particolarmente buono

MUY BUEN HOTEL PERO...

Pros: Restaurantes ZUMA y la alberca
Cons: El servicio de VALET y la actitud de algunos chicos del STAFF
Location: Excelente para citas de negocios.
Excelente hotel, las habitaciones son muy buenas, la alberca, los bares y restaurantes superiores. El problema: el STAFF desde los Valet parking hasta algunos de los barmans y gente de recepción parece que te están haciendo el favor de atenderte. Entiendo que sea un lugar HIP pero se le esta subiendo al personal.

Not as good as I thought

When I arrived, I was told the fitness room was under renovations so if we wanted to use a gym, we had to go to the hotel across the street. They could have mentioned this when I was looking to make reservations. There is a card in the washroom listing the complimentary services available should you need anything ie shampoo, phone charger etc. When I called for more Kleenex and shampoo, not only did it take awhile for someone to answer the phone, the items never arrived. I had a pedicure at the spa in the hotel and the esthetician wasn't very friendly. It was the fastest pedicure I've ever had and she did a good job, but I'm paying for the experience (being pampered, friendly service etc). You are required to pay an 18% gratuity for all spa services as well as at the restaurants in the hotel. I disagree with this. A gratuity is EARNED. I don't mind paying 18% if the esthetician earned it, but I would have left less. Overall, I will return to Miami but will stay at another hotel. I won't come back to EPIC.
