Property Amenities
Located on Collins Avenue in central Miami Beach, this Morris Lapidus-designed landmark hotel, originally designed and built in 1955, features beautifully carved Italian marble and rosewood columns, highly polished original terrazzo floors, and overlooks the cool, teal waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
The Eden Roc Miami Beach is home to ELLE Spa, offering massage, facials, manicure/pedicures and waxing. The fitness center contains new cardio and weight equipment from Life Fitness.
Four heated infinity edge pools, 2 newly-designed restaurants, 24-hour room service, 4 bars, a gift shop, laundry facilities, luggage storage, and complimentary wireless Internet access in public areas are also on site.
This is a smoke-free property. Fines apply for smoking outside of designated areas.
Rooms
Eden Roc Miami Beach, A Renaissance Resort & Spa, has 535 guestrooms and 96 suites, all nonsmoking. Many rooms offer oceanfront, ocean, or Intracoastal Waterway views.
Guest rooms have been revamped in a palette of pale blue, chocolate and white, while the bathrooms were renovated with fresh white and cream stone and tile. Bathrooms include complimentary toiletries. Amenities include multi-line phones with speakerphone; televisions with cable service, including ESPN and HBO; and high-speed Internet access (surcharge).

1500 Degrees - Features the cuisine of Hell's Kitchen celebrity chef Paula DaSilva.
Cabana Beach Club - This oceanfront restaurant offers a full bar and casual breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus featuring "Floribean" cuisine.
Lobby Bar - The legendary Grand Lobby is a place to enjoy eclectic food offerings ranging from fire-roasted salsa, ahi tuna, and grilled piadinas. Guests can also enjoy classic and contemporary cocktails, including specialty drinks from all over the world served with premium alcohol and spirits.
Starbucks - Starbucks will now give Eden Roc guests and locals the privilege to enjoy America's most popular coffee. Located right off the lobby, Starbucks is open daily from 6 am until 9:30pm.
Room service is available round the clock.
Recreation
The Eden Roc Miami Beach has four infinity edge pools and two hot tubs. Watersports abound on the beach, and personal watercraft, parasails, kayaks, and catamarans are available for rent.
The fitness center is equipped with brand new cardio and weight equipment from Life Fitness. The elliptical, treadmills, and bikes come complete with integrated televisions and iPod connectivity.
The hotel's marina is located on the Intracoastal Waterway. Boat rentals, cruises, and deep-sea fishing excursions are available (surcharge). A three-mile boardwalk ideal for jogging or walking borders the beach. Golfers enjoy the 18-hole Miami Beach Golf Course, one mile away.

Very upscale property, courteous staff, reasonable price, and great location. Beautiful resort accommadations. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visitng the Miami Beach area.

we were there right after Labor Day and there was barely a soul around. It was sheer delight. The hoel dinner was ok; we had better meals down in South beach a few miles away. They do charge you for beach chairs and umbrellas so be prepapred to pay, or bring a towel and enjoy the beach the old fashioned way. We were in the new Ocean Tower and had no complaints, the view is spectacular. I'm sure it's a different eperience when the place is packed. Enjoy.

“Amazing Miami Beach stay”
The Eden Roc was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for an absolutely amazing place to stay with your beau, the Eden Roc is your destination! This hotel was so wonderful, I almost forgot I was there for fun at South Beach. Kind of far from South Beach, but an absolutely amazing place to stay. Fabulous!!!!
“Great service, but has that not quite finished feeling”
Great hotel. Very comfortable and the staff very attentive. Only issue I have is that the layout is odd for the new tower and there is still some construction going on. Definitely would stay there again.

Everything turned out well in this stay. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff was very friendly, from room service to the lobby personel. Only two restaurants to pick from so food was very limited.

i use to work at fountainblue hotel but i was veri impress about the eden roc renaissance.is beautiful inside,valet parking prieze but very good service,very well dising inside for the guess convinience,food kind expense but good taste and excelent service overall is a excelent place to stay.

We were very pleased with the Eden Roc. The rooms were very nice and clean. We were in the new tower which I would recommend. There was a large balcony with a love seat and chair and a wonderful view of the pool area and the beach. There were four pools, one for adults only, which was nice. The restaurant was extraordinary. We had one of the best dinners we have ever had there. The beach bar is also nice with a lunch or light dinner menu.There is a very nice lobby bar area also. The hotel is right next door to the Fountainbleau which is a beautiful, 5 star hotel. It's worth the walk over to see the grounds at night. The only complaint I have about the Eden Roc is that we had to pay to use a lounge chair on the beach. There were also umbrellas or cabanas to rent. For the price we paid for the hotel, I really think chairs on the beach should be included. I would definately go back to the Eden Roc.
