Nice, new, clean close to airport hotelPosted Nov 13, 2013
Location: The location is good if you want to be close to the airport but the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial are (warehouses, shipyard, etc)
Nice looking hotel located in industrial area. The hotel is close to MIA international but this means there is nothing around it but industrial warehouses and shipyards. If you are not planning on renting a car I cautioned you to choose this hotel since there is nothing to do nearby. The hotel is CLEAN and NEW. Everything inside the hotel looks and feels like new, the rooms are spacious and it has a eco-friendly theme to everything. If this hotel were located near a shopping center or a beach it'd be the best hotel in Miami

great hotelPosted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: clean,modern and pet friendly
Location: near the airport and you can hear the planes but it didn't bother us. Nothing around the hotel but it is not far from downtown or Miami beach.
The staff was great and the hotel is modern and clean. I enjoyed my stay and would definetly stay again.

Great hotelPosted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Environmental consciousness and the hotel being clean
Cons: Airport shuttle service was a bit off. We waited for about thirty minutes for the shuttle and had to take a cab.
Stayed at Element Miami on my way to Costa Rica and it was a clean, comfortable hotel with touches of being environmentally conscious. The staff was great.

Modern Hotel. Suite was great, and well priced.Posted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: Large new room.
Cons: Dining. But advised it's on the way. Stock up on supplies, no nearby stores.
Location: Out of the way. Quite, except for plane traffic. Walk to station - 10 minutes. Train ride to city 20 min.
10 Minute walk from Metro Rail Line. Loved the room.

Overnight at Element MiamiPosted Oct 13, 2013
Cons: Decrease the cost of the food and drink items purchased at the commissary.
Location: Surroundings looked a bit industrial, but heck it is an airport hotel.
One complaint: BEWARE: food or drink purchased on site from what seems to be a commissary is wicked EXPENSIVE. Best to order out, or bring in if you have a vehicle in which to drive to a grocery store. However, our experience was more than we expected for an overnight stay. Close to airport, regular shuttles, clean, large room with comfortable king bed, flat screen tv, sofa, a stocked (utensils/dishes) kitchen with full size microwave and refrigerator, flat top range, counter space to prepare food; bathroom clean, well lit, spacious shower with gel and shampoo. Pleasant view of backyard like area with a pond in the distance (maybe a golf pond?) Well lit, up to date gym with elliptical machines, flat screen tvs. Wake up call was on time. We departed too early to partake of the breakfast that was included with our stay.

Nice comfortable hotel.Posted Oct 6, 2013
We stayed at Element for a long weekend with a couple of friends. We were very pleased by the way the room was laid out and the full kitchen. We all slept like logs on the comfy mattresses! We found it to be close to all the places we visited, ie Marlins Park, South Beach, etc.

Nice, new, modern hotel 5 minutes to the airport.Posted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: New, open public space.
Cons: Knowledge of staff about airport entrance, car rental return and so on. They couldn't tell me how far is the car rental return and how much time
Location: It's an industrial park, look dirty but the hotel is surrounded by a tall, concrete fence which isolate it from the rest.
New design and layout with large open space is fantastic. The neighbourhood is not the best and you will absolutely need a car to go anywhere but the location is perfect for anyone flying in/out of Miami. It's a 20 minutes drive to the beach but the hotel is a fraction of the price compare to Miami Beach and Miami downtown hotel.

Great hotel, questionable areaPosted Sep 25, 2013
The hotel itself is great. It's extremely clean, the rooms are very comfortable and inviting, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is courteous. The only downfall is that the area is "up and coming". It's rundown and there aren't really any places to go for food and entertainment nearby. I only stayed 1 night so that wasn't a huge concern of mine, however, if I was staying longer I would be bummed if I wasn't renting a car because there's really nothing you can walk to and no hotel bar. It's the kind of hotel where you can cuddle up with your loved one and relax

Beside AirportPosted Sep 23, 2013
Pros: The decor
Cons: Softer mattress
I loved the décor. Very neat how it is all green materials. Attractive and actually very quiet and I rarely (maybe only a few times when I concentrated) heard planes. It also had information about things they offer during weekday stays - very interesting but I was there during the weekend and was not expecting these either way. I would definitely stay here again.
