“Too loud and poor service at $15 per night to park”
this hotel was loud and busy. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone. The elevators are too slow, Expedia was negligent in informing me of the $15 per night parking fee. Quite frankly I will probably not use Expedia again as a result of this experience
“Very good hotel.”
No free internet. Only 4 public desktops Parking per night 15 US$
“Oh Miaimi”
Has been renovated recently, can tell where they spared expenses. Mean well, not what i expecting from the pictures.
“It's OK not the best”
The Hotel is a little old and confusing to get too. The first night stay the fire alarm went off at 5am so we were really dissatisfied with our quality of sleep. Also, we noticed a mysterious flushing noise coming from the bathroom all night long that would wake us up at night. The breakfast tasted real good but I had massive diarrhea on one of the mornings after eating. I would not go back again but overall it wasn't bad, just disappointing..
“Convenient and clean with friendly staff. Watch for hidden costs.”
Convenient location with timely shuttle service Staff was accomodating, even storing a package requiring special handling in a freezer overnight. My only complaint was that we were charged for calls that were made from the room that did not even go through (I ended up using my cell to make the call) and even for a long distance call that wasn't made. Management was told, but did nothing.
“Convenient to Airport”
Embassy Suite ... huge room. Decor a little outdated ... but clean, nonetheless. Great buffets HOT breakfast... made to order omelets! Friendly staff!
“Great place to stay!”
This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff in particular were welcoming, helpful, and hospitable. Is convenient to Miami Airport and to the Port of Miami
“Will definitely come back”
room was comfortable and roomy. had the kids with me so the fridge and microwave was a good look
“Good Value”
Bed and especially pillows could be more comfortable. Pillows too thick and spongy.
“Old Hotel”
The hotel rooms were being remodled. The room was very humid since the air conditioning wasn't working properly. I had maint. come up and he replaced the dirty filter and said everything was ok. It wasn't. I believe that it will be a good hotel again some day, but not right now. Very disappointed in Embassy Suites...
