My stay at this hotel was amazing.

The decor was a nice tropical ambience. The hotel was very clean with a friendly and informative staff. The happy hour was a pleasant suprise. They held no punches. The breakfast was equally outstanding. I will recommend this hotel to my pickiest of friends ,

Close to airport and run 30min shuttles to airport. Rooms are clean and ok, decor bit dated.

Hotel close to the airport

Pros: Easy to get to and from the airport
Cons: The breakfast buffet - ran out of food numerous times - everything from the hot food to the cold food The parking available is awful at this hotel
We got to the hotel - checked in Removed our luggage from the car - no porter help or was even around to help Was then told by some maintenace guy that we couldn't leave the car where we park it as they were expecting several other guests to arrive - never asked if we needed any help - just told us to move are car The parking at this hotel is awful, not enough spaces for the number of guests. The rental car company is taking up way to many of the spots.

I like this hotel. We will definitely be back. The staff was attentive and rooms were comfy and clean for a family of 5. Housekeeping was good. My daughters iPhone earbuds were lost in the bed. Lost and found just gave her another pair that was new.

Such a busy hotel that there was a wait time for elevators.

Great hotel for a family!

Pros: The hotel staff was amazing.
Location: Near Miami International Airport
I was extremely impressed by the hotel staffs' friendliness. The breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were very nice. We have a daughter that is 21 months old and it was great that she could be sleeping in the bedroom while we had an opportunity to hang out with family in the living room portion of the suite.

It was ok. Close to the airport, which is a plus. Some of the front desk staff were a bit unfriendly. But overall it's a decent hotel and not that expensive

home away from home

Pros: spacious room
Room very spacious and nice. all the comfort of home. evening reception a nice bonus. breakfast was wonderful. we drove to the hotel but had others in our party that flew in to MIA and had a easy transfer from airport to hotel. then easy transfer to cruise ship from hotel. would recommend this hotel.

Overall a great place to stay. The negative is that they charge$16 per night for parking. Parking lot turns into a river when it rains and you have to walk through the water to get to your car. Why pay for that?

Stayed overnight in transit. Excellent room. Nice spanish hacienda design with suites surrounding a central atrium. More seating required for breakfast. More fruit options with breakfast would be nice.
