Make sure to check the address as they have multiple hotels with the same name in the airport area. The hotel is quite close to the airport but there is no shuttle, you can definitely hear the planes!

When I booked the hotel it said there was a shuttle service from the airport and there wasn’t. Got a cab which cost way too much. After getting settled in our room I had a question for the front desk so I pick up the phone and there’s no cord and I told the guy at the front desk and he says plug it in. There’s not one!!! The shower looked like it had mold.

Traveling for work, got in late and had to get up early. Took a shower and the water would not drain, and the shower faucet would not stop dripping water so there was a constant sound of dripping water, even with the bathroom door closed. I just wanted to get some sleep but the faucet just get dripping water into the bathtub full of water…drop, drop, drop, drop, drop…..

Overall, it was a great stay. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful. However, the pool was closed off for the entire 2 wks we were there. The shuttle was out of service and the wifi was a bit slow.

Not very flexible with a slightly early check in. Understandable. Pool was a big thing for us since its spring break. POOL is OUT Of ORDER. No lugguage caddy. Lay it out on the floor. Bathroom floor mat is wet. ENTIRE FLOOR SMELLS LIKE WEED. Room smells like WEED. Halls smell like WEED.

Bath tub was not well cleaned and we had extremely cold water during our stay, everyone started complaining and supposedly they said the water heater wasn’t on. Like what in the world they said to wait 2 hours, we waited and guess what it never got fixed even the following day we had same problem . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I was awoken by a motorbike engine being tested under my window. Mgmt know about this a long time guest where repairing their motorbike at 1:30 am .i have video . had to go down to d/desk cuz the phone doesn’t work in my room . It stopped it at 2:30 am only wake up he was at again at 10 am .. no tissue No hot water Laundry room had issues on Sunday morning And when I left I was told by front desk not worry about extra room cleaning that I booked only to see that hotel charged my c/card for it Plus I was not aware maid service once a week .. that showed more clean on your site

Front desk was mostly unhelpful we stayed there for almost 3 weeks cook top sucked you could here the other rooms sounded like the person above me was dropping weights on the floor around 2 am the front desk guy let someone in who then pulled the fire alarm and ran off waking up the whole hotel and the beds were as hard as the floor

Para alguien que viaje por negocio y solo funciona
La ubicacion esta buena, pero al entrar al pasillo olia horrible y la habitacion a viejo mis hijas que no hacen caso a nada me lo dejaron saber muchas veces, elccolchon del sofa cama muy fino y no estaba bien ensamblada y en el front desk a la llegada una muchacha no fue muy amable
