This property is listed in Expedia as a hotel but in reality it is an efficient facility, a place where the state place people who had been evicted from their homes. I don’t have anything against that population, but it should be listed at it is. Pool area was closed, we even had to ask for the remote control and chairs to sit outside. Mario was very diligent and tried to accommodate us, but this place should not be listed as a hotel.

Terrible! Never again!!! This hotel looks like a rental apartment building in the worse neighborhoods .people smoking everywhere, and the rooms stunk. We stayed for a week and never saw a house keeping, they never came by not even to ask if we needed a change of towels. The cards to open the door were desactivated every single day. We had to go to the receptionist daily to re-activate them. Really, I don't have anything good to say about this hotel, only about the location, is very good.

On arrival, the shower was not working and then the water was not getting hot at all. Around 3am, someone was trying to get into the room. Shaking the door, trying to get in.

I had an unfortunate experience during my stay at this place, leading to a sleepless night due to excessive noise. Unfortunately, my room was situated right by the stairs, and at 12:30 am, the cleaning person changed the trash bags in the large bins located next to the stairs, waking me up. The timing for this activity was quite puzzling. Subsequently, there was a significant amount of noise generated by people around the stairs at 2 and 3 am. Additionally, the presence of cars racing in the middle of the night further disrupted my sleep. It seems that the specific location of the room played a role in these disturbances. I would recommend requesting a room that does not face the parking lot and ensuring it is situated away from the stairs to avoid similar issues. On a side note, the complimentary breakfast provided only consisted of coffee and a small muffin. That's it.

I came with two kids, outside they were 3 guys drinking and playing music until 5:30 am . I wish they can refund my money back, so I can sleep in another Hotel . Room inside is good, you should have security all night outside and rules . Thanks

Hotel was so so, we found roaches a couple of times, that is not acceptable, all the rooms needs to be properly fumigated, they advertise a grab and go breakfast with coffee and juice, there was only muffins available everyday, no juice just coffee.

They were the worst stay in my whole trip.I chose this from many available hotels even though it was not that cheap because of queen beds and breakfast included from much better hotels. When reached, For room they just had double beds which are much smaller. They write breakfast included, but for breakfast they only had coffee and muffins. We expected it to be breakfast. It ruined the whole point of choosing this place by misleading ad to just lure people. I would call it straight away CHEATING.

Hotel was way too expensive for the condition, bathroom was dirty and the shower was in really bad condition, lobby was horrible but the guy working there was very decent, I only stayed for 8 hrs and I wouldn’t recommend for it, almost $200 per night is way too expensive for a 1 star hotel, I like others extended stay but this one should be renovated

No safe box (maybe it not supppsed to have one?), no TV remote in a room (I found it at the front desk, but worked only from an inch away from the TV and not from the distance). Breakfast wasn't much at all. Iced cold AC, clean room, but really minimum. Good for 1 night.

When I checked in I sat in the lobby for at least 20 to 30 minutes with a sign that said helping other guests. The night auditor came in and the other staff member was clearly eating in a back room. It seemed the night auditor questioned what the other employee was doing. They got into an argument in Spanish. Then when went to check out no one was in the office again waited a few minutes then left. The towels in the bathroom were all stained and the place could be good but it needs some serious attention
