“Don't Judge This Book By Its Cover”

This hotel looks nice from the outside and when you walk into the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helped set up a ride to the cruise terminal when we needed it. But, when we walked into our room, there was a nice booger stuck on the wall in the bathroom, no bathmat in the tub, which caused my grandpa to slip and fall in the shower, and I woke up with bed bug bites all over my arms. If all of that sounds like fun, this is the place for you! Lol

“Fine for just a single overnight stay. Staff was very kind and accomodating”

We were passing through to go on a cruise. The hotel contacted a courier for us and we had a timely short ride to the port. It would have been nice to have more information in our room about restaurants close by, since the hotel did not offer food service other than breakfast.

“Ok for one night”

The hotel itself is really nice- clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. The surrounding neighborhood isn't one to walk around in, it's not nice. The seafood restaraunt across the street is delicious!

“I would go back”

Staff is very friend with guests. The shuttle service to airport is very useful to whom has many luggages to transport. Breakfast has a variety of itens. Overall very good.

“Great value”

This hotel is a great value. We stayed here the night before our cruise. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport and reasonable rates to Miami port. 2 flat screen TV's in our room, a great Cuban restaurant 1 block away, and a good seafood place across the street. Our only complaint was the bed. We would stay here again.
