“Very nice place and the staff was helpful”

This was one of my best stay's here in Miami.

“Good price, one of the best locations, ok room”

If you don't need luxury, just a clean place, very helpful and polite staff and are on a budget stay here. The furniture and rooms are ancient but they are cleaned nicely everyday. If your on a trip with your friends to hang out and party on South Beach this is a great place to stay and you won't need a rent a car. I stayed in the suite which was a good size compared to many others spots in South Beach. I would definitly stay again.

“Great Location and Friendly Staff”

The location was great. Its right at the South Beach with 5 minutes walk to major night clubs and Lincoln Rd. Parking is closeby. Its a economy class hotel, so not a great place to spend time inside the hotel. Service is very friendly. I valued the help and suggestions from the friendly staff.

“Not so bad”

The hotel itself was in the middle of everything. The beach was literally 1 1/2 block away and the strip was a block away where you can find all sorts of eats and festivities begin at noon. Great place if you want to be able to go back to your rm at anytime. The service was fine but the look of the room was not so appealing at first. But hey, you're in south beach!! You should ony use your rm to change and to rest in btwn ur partying anyway...

“Great for Budget Vacation, Not so Good for Business”

I chose this hotel for a business trip based on the hotel website's claim to be a good place for business travelers. While I would not recommend this hotel for business, as the air conditioning worked only intermittently and the wireless didn't work at all, I would still stay here for a budget vacation. The staff was very nice and the location was good.

“My favorite South Beach Hotel”

Fairwind Hotel is nice hotel with reasonable rates.The pool is a plus and the location is in the heart of southbeach.

the hotel has an excellent location, really near to all of south beach, the only thing I didn't liked was that room service lady kept calling us early in the morning while we were sleeping after a nightout.
