Awesome experience!

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful! The pools were so clean.
Cons: The prices are too high!
Location: Location was perfect. It was right on the beach in Miami Beach. Its a long walk too any of the restaurants though. Take a bike or taxi! It's worth it.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel and it was beautiful, clean, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. There were people at every door to hold it open for you. The food was expensive but everything else was amazing. Its right on the beach and the outdoor pools/beach is beautiful. On the beach they have waiters to get your food and drinks... ask for Diego! It was paradise. I would love to return shortly!

It was wonderful. The facility offered everything in the inside, so there really isn't a need to go outside. You have everything, food, pool, spa, shopping and a night club.

Pros: clean and nice
Cons: faster valet parking, not possible that need to wait over 10 minutes for car to arrive
Location: seaquarium Miami
don't give your car to the valet, they made me wait about 45 minutes for my car and each time i asked they kept telling me it will arrive in 5 minutes

It was our first time visiting Miami, Florida. The Fontainebleau was a great fit for our family. It is a beautiful hotel, gorgeous grounds, amazing staff and very secure. It reminded us of the Greek Islands.

Miami Beach - Fontainebleau Hotel.

Pros: Modern, clean, friendly staff and location.
Cons: The Tressor could do with automatic doors that opened as you approached, this helps when you have luggage and your hands full.
Location: Location is good. a short 10 minute drive from Ocean Avenue & Lincoln Road mall which means it's a little quieter and less crowded. Walk & explore.
Choice of building to stay. Spectacular views from the Tressor if you're on high level floor. I liked that a desktop Mac computer was provided in our room. The hotel has a famous night-club which draws in large crowds almost every night which gets in the way for those seeking some "quiet time" at the main bar in the Chateau. A great experience overall. A little pricey but worth it. I'd recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel close to beaches and south beach.

We used uber to get around. Very inexpensive and quick if your time is limited. Pool area nice, but adult section can get rowdy with obnoxious young adults. I wondered how some of them could even afford to be thrre. Some even displayed lewd conduct that security seemed to ignore. Weekends attract younger crowd who stay up all night and party at the disco. Can get very loud when big group lands on your floor. It was a good experience, but I probably would stay somewhere else if I ever return to Miami.

Terribleau Hotel

Pros: The other hotels like the St Regis further up the road in Biscayne Bay.
Cons: Customer Service. Unrealistic pricing - especially when everything comes in plastic.
Location: Rubbish location. Had to travel by Taxi to go anywhere interesting and to restaurants.
Worst hotel I have stayed in for the price. Customer service was awful - first night we decided to have dinner in the hotel, we were not that hungry and didn't want to drink. The waiter lost interest even though the two steaks we ordered and the bottle of water cost over $300 - This did include the obligatory 25% Service Charge for visiting the table twice. Lunch at the pool - a few chicken strips, a beer and a couple of cocktails - $125 (in plastic glasses and baskets). The Hotel caters for functions and it appears their guests are more important to the hotel than the rest of the hotel guests. Amenities like the gardens and swimming pools are closed off for Private functions, even though you are paying for their use in the hotels resort fee. We had enough after 3 days and told the hotel we wanted to leave early. They didn't even ask why, they just told us to contact Expedia. We told them we would leave Saturday, so as not to incur the $350 dollar room charge and contacted Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel and got no response. They tried to kick us out Sunday without telling us and charging us a further $350. When we explained the problem and that we had not heard a response from the hotel, yet we had paid for the room until Tuesday, we were told to prove it. Again no apology! We were locked out of our room 4 times, with no apology, when we had to go and get new keys. We had to ask for a 'Do Not Disturb' sign. The maids ignored it and still went into the room.
