Had a good time i suprise my husband for fathers day weekend i told him that we were going to pick up my co-worker from the airport when we got there i gave him a note saying Let the fun begin we are going to maimi best suprise ever enjoy the stay at the Four Points Hotel love it i will always stay there.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and they have done remodeling since that has made the hotel even better. I really enjoyed my stay.

“great hotel”

we were a little weary about staying at the hotel after all the bad reviews. the hotel service was excellent. we stayed one night before heading on a cruise the next day. concierge was very kind to hold our luggage after checkout until we left for the cruise. hotel pool has tiki bar and snack bar. the restaurant serves food inside and outside by the pool. the lobby is very large and open with vibrant colors. the rooms were okay - our view was not the greatest but we didn't really care because we were there for such a short visit and we were never in our hotel room. the rooms were clean but could use some renovation. overall experience was very satisfactory.

“Great boardwalk/beach access!”

This was a great hotel. Loved the Roman/Greek type decorating. The beds/pillows were like sleeping on clouds. One down side was that the elevators were really slow, but not a big deal. Great access to the beach and the boardwalk. Wish we could have stayed longer.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

Pleasantly Surprised My family stayed at Four Points for five days and the stay was better than expected. The standard double-bed room was clean and large enough for two adults and two young children (4 yrs. and 7 mo.). We considered upgrading to a junior suite, but after visiting the rooms, we decided on the standard. The lobby was very pleasant and the pool was kid friendly. The hotel had great access to the beach and boardwalk, which offered a great location/view for my daily run. The hotel is a little farther north from where all the 'action' is, but we had no problems getting there. I also read several reviews that were critical of the elevators - they were true. We typically did not have to wait long for an elevator, but they are in poor shape. Also, while a closer parking structure is being constructed, valet parking takes a little time. Typically it took 20 minutes to get your can, but during busy times it could take 30 to 40 minutes. I always had my car it the time promised and at times before the time I was promised. The only real complaint I have is that the rooms are not very sound proof. You can hear your neighbor quite easily. Even though this was the case, we had no major problems with our neighbors -- even the guys next to us watching the Nets get beat by the Heat in OT. Things quieted down after the game. I wonder where they were from? Overall I was very pleased with the stay and would visit again.

Entry to the hotel gave us an idea of what to expect. Wow! The facilities were cleaned to our expectations. Eveything was close by. It only cost $10.00 for a taxi ride to South Beach. We'll use this hotel again.

My husband and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel at reasonable prices. It was our first visit to Miami Beach and after looking at many of the hotels on Expedia, and reading many pages of reviews we decided to give the hotel a chance. We decided, in part, due to the reputation that Sheraton has in Pittsburgh, PA. We wanted someplace to rest for 3 days before going on an 8 day Carnival Cruise to Mexico. We also needed a hotel to stay for 2 nights after the cruise. We are so happy that we decided on Four Points by Sheraton Miami Beach for those 5 days and nights! Our room was both clean and appealing. It was always fully stocked with the necessities. The meals in the restaurant were delicious and the entire wait staff was most friendly and gracious. The bar staff, gift shop attendants, bell boys, front desk personnel, and valets could not have been more accomodating. My husband and I had a thoroughly enjoyable and refreshing stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it highly. We will certainly return there before and after out next cruise! Everyone was so friendly and we eagerly await our return visit! And last, but by no means least, it has a great location, location, location!!!!!
