Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Room service meals were prepared exactly as ordered, delivery was prompt and friendly. Nice views from the 34th floor of an immaculate room. I couldn't be more pleased. When I return to Miami, i doubt I'll stay anywhere else!

“Fours Seasons Hotel is for lovers!”

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary in Miami from December 12-16. I chose The Four Season Hotel (FSH) for our celebration and it did not disappoint. Staff personnel were exceptionally friendly and cordial. The room attendants were quick to tidy up everything and even come back in the middle of the day to turn our covers back for when returned later in the evenings. The room had a shower and a deep-soaking tub, which we shared every night. The optics from our city-view Junior Executive Suite were spectacular. The pool grounds were immaculately upkept. My wife enjoyed the hotel's spa more than anything else, partly because she was pampered. The Metromover, fine restaurants, and shops were within walking distance. The staff helped us navigate our way about the city with explicit directions to nearby American Airlines Arena and South Beach. The only downers about the FSH was the daily $38 parking fee and not having a free or affordable breakfast available. FSH was everthing that we expected from a hotel of its caliber. We look forward to returning their soon.

the room was BIG and quiet....the atmosphere relaxing. the LA Sports Club was excellent...no charge. the staff was pleasant and completely accommodating. anything i needed was provided immediately. the pool area was beautiful and seemed to go on for acres.

The Four Seasons on Brickell Avenue in Miami, is located in heart of the business area of the city. The building is impressive. Particularly in the inside. Once you arrive, you are not only greeted by a well trained staff of people in the main entrance, but you are also welcome by Adam and Eve. Two huge and massive Fernando Botero bronze statues. On the seventh floor is the lobby of the hotel. The decoration is impeccable and the flower arrangements, simply beautiful. The first impression comes with a feeling that tells you: Go for it! Weather you are there for business or for pleasure. And it is because the staff really assist you when you need help and won't give up until you are satisfied. I was a guest for five days and I regret not having had the time to enjoy the amenities at the hotel. Amenities like the gym or the pool or a good massage. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the food. Dishes are very nicely presented, even though I would suggest the chef to try another version of the hash browns. Another must in a hotel is the bedroom. Well, they really know about the importance of comfort. They put perfect mattress in a lovely decorated room where simplicity and pleasantly discret colors make the perfect combination for relaxation.
