Pros: Hotel très agréable et très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, toutes avec balcon. Notre chambre était au 12 eme étage avec vue sur la mer.
Location: Malheureusement il n'y a rien autour de l'hôtel, que des hôtels, aucun restaurant ni aucun bar ou magasin, il faut absolument avoir une voiture.
Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hotel à notre arrivée à Miami avec nos 2 ados qui ont surtout apprécié les piscines.

Hire better servers

My only gripe is about the waitstaff/servers who work the pool area. Very slow, as well as getting orders work for the same repeated item more than once.

Very nice clean hotel, but...

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool and beach are nice and very accessible. However, if you r looking to walk to shops, stores or restaurants (or just to feel the south beach vibe), this is not the place to stay. You need to be closer to South Beach. Otherwise u have to cab or uber everywhere. Very nice though if u don't care about what I said above!

This was a very clean place. Very nice luxury accommodations. The view from the ocean view suite was fantastic. The in room freebies were sub par to other less expensive places I've stayed. The minibar selections were slightly less expensive. The hotel food didn't meet my expectations either and was over priced for the quality. My bill also had to be corrected due to errors with valet

One night stay

Looking for this hotel was a little hard to find because the "Grand Hotel" sign was covered by the trees. The hotel staff were all professional and friendly. I was very happy with the room we booked because we had a great view and it looked very clean. This hotel leads to the beach and which is a plus. Booking this hotel was a bit pricey just for one night but overall it's worth it.

Disappointed

Pros: Location. Suites are nice for a couple.
Cons: Lower drink prices. Renovate the lobby bar area into an actual bar area and not just part of the lobby.
I booked this hotel because it was an Expedia VIP hotel. I looked forward to getting a room upgrade upon arrival. However, I was told by the girl who checked me in that I should have received the upgrade prior to arrival when I booked the hotel. I explained that this was not correct and she then told me that they did not have any upgraded rooms to offer. Therefore, the VIP selection was worthless. This was not a good start. The standard suites are nice for a couple. Also, it is nice that they have 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. However, there is no door between the living area and the bedroom, so there is no privacy with kids. This is why I wanted a 1-bedroom suite. Other thoughts: the beach is nice, but you have to pay for chairs if you want more than 2. The pool area is nice, but the pools are just about the smallest pools on the strip. If you like pools, this is not the place for you. The lobby bar, if you can call it that, is really odd and not very inviting. Finally, the drink prices are ridiculous. I understand that this is Miami Beach, but $13 for a 12-ounce mixed drink by the pool (plus tax and the automatic 18% gratuity) is not worth it. I don't understand why these places don't realize that they would make more money by making their drinks more affordable.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pools, spas, and beach are all well kept. This is where we will be staying every time we go to Miami.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Room size and cleanliness. An adult only pool separate from main pool if you want a little more peace and quiet.
Cons: Can not think of anything.
Location: While it is on Collins Avenue, it is not near the main strip, which to me was a plus.
The Grand Beach Hotel is a very nice hotel with two pools, a beach and a fitness center. The rooms are large, clean and 2 full bath rooms. There is also a safe and refrigerator. The staff was courteous and eager to help. Very fast check in and out. Guests are given umbrellas and lounge chairs at the beach at no extra charge. The nightly rate was one of the lowest in the South Beach area and is a real bargain compared to some of the other hotels and what they have to offer. Would definitely stay there again.
