The location was great. But the hotel was that impressive. The rooms were tiny.. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bed needs new mattresses.. The closet was tiny..Front door needs to be replaced..

No Way!

Pros: The lobby floor was beautiful!
Cons: Everything except the staff.
Location: Great location!
From the moment we turned the Key in the first room & saw the stained bedding we knew we were in trouble. We were given a 2nd room which had a broken A/C unit. Then we were switched to the third room where we stayed regardless of a couple of bad details. The light switches did not work, we had to turn the lamps on individually. The bathroom was so cramped that you couldn't close the toilet seat properly when the toilet tissue was new. The remote control had dead batteries. The computer was broken all week. Throughout this whole ordeal the staff was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. The staff gets an A but the Management does not. I left a note on our second day (@ 9 am) for the manager, "who we just missed" asking her to call us. We checked out without hearing back from her. We were told there were 3 Hotels she was responsible for. Here's the kicker, when booking the package we asked for Free Shuttle Service To and From the Hotel (since we are non-drivers). This is always important in our travels. It was free going to the Hotel but coming back to the airport we had to pay per person.

Over all the hotel was pretty decent. The rooms/bathrooms are extremely small and it was unexpected hair in our towels, not to mention one late night we left a small box of pizza out on the window seal and the next morning small red bugs had gotten into it, but other than that my friends and I had an great stay. We were in walking distance to just about everything, such as the beach, clubs, shopping areas etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that's traveling on a budget and do not plan on staying in their room most their stay. I myself wouldn't stay again!

Pros: Nothing at all.
The rooms are very small especially the bathroom, there's hardly any room to move. The breakfast was terrible.

Where do I start? I should have complained about everything while I was there but I was not in the mood. When I checked in both ladies seemed to be distracted. It took them 10 minutes to check me in. As I went back out to grab my bags and tell my husband the car had to be valet, I realized she still had my credit card and ID. When I came back in and asked her for my credit card and ID she started fumbling around in her purse. She made me feel as though she put my things in her purse. Another guest also comes in and asks for his room key as I'm waiting for my cards and she accidently hands me his room key. The valet man was also no where to be found, so she had me leave my car keys with her and told me to go to my room and wait until she calls me to tell me when he shows up. She said it takes him 25 mins to show up and everytime I wanted my car I'd have to come down early. The room wasn't clean. I found hair in the shower, what looks like urine in one spot of the shower floor, hair in the bed and walnuts on the floor. Thank god there were no bugs. It seemed as though the air conditioning filter had never been replaced because my husband was sniffling, sneezing and coughing all night. He was back to normal as soon as we were out of the room. The next morning when we checked out at approximately 9:30am, the lady at the front desk contacted the valet man to get our car. We sat outside patiently waiting and long story short we didn't get our car until 10:20am. Terrible experience.

Once I got used to the spartan room and tiny bathroom it was ok. Staff was pleasant and location superb.

Did not even bother to stay there. When we reached we saw people checking out because of mold, Not for me!!!!! Sorry.

Quaint Boutique Hotel

Great little rooms for a short stay in south beach. Air conditioning was not the typical hotel ice house unfortunately, but still ok. PARKING does not exist save a $20 a day valet who needs 25-45 min heads up to bring you your car. Would stay here again.
