“Can't wait to go back”

I always stay there. I've stayed at other hotels, they are never this good. The room, bed, and bathroom are comfortable. Little pricy, but for what you're getting well worth it. Oh, almost forgot breakfast buffet is the icing on the cake. I will keep going there. You should to.

“Great Hotel for Your Money”

I was very pleased with the hotel. It had a great free breakfast included in the price. It was close to the airport and I felt very safe & comfortable. I would recommend this hotel & if im in Miami again I will stay there again.

“Amazing service”

This was a great hotel. The best service I have experience in a long time. Considering the price we paid, you'd think the service would be not too great. This service compares to some 5 star hotels that I have stayed. They were more than willing to go above and beyond what was required. If I am ever in the Miami area again, I will DEFINITELY be staying there!

“Stay here everey visit to Miami.”

The staff of the hotel goes out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. One day I was in the breakfast area after breakfast time and one employee offered to go back and get me something if I wanted it. I was very impressed with how attentive the staff was. Very comfortable room. Great location. I come through Miami three times a year and stay here everytime.

Good location for early morning flight, morning breakfast w/waffles hit the spot. Plan shuttle ahead as on the hour, and don't confuse with Hampton South. Enjoyed pool and very comfortable room. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Has our recommendation.

“Very satisfied with the level of service received!”

The staff at the hotel is very very friendly and very accomodating. We were able to check in early after our cruise. The shuttle service to town and to airport was definitely a nice bonus. This hotel is very close to the Mall and airport. The shuttle driver was very friendly, so be sure to tip! The bed was very comfortable. The drinks at the breakfast bar was always available. If I have to add a few negative to help improve the place, I would say the paint job on the tub after repair is sloppy, and housekeeping should change out the covers on the accent pillow. Minor improvements but definitely the place to stay if you're in the area.

“Fine airport hotel for a night before a cruise”

Got there really late because of a delayed flight and got checked in right away. Stayed there for a night before leaving on a cruise. They have a free shuttle from the airport that runs all night but we took a cab because we were too exhausted to wait--about 25$ for us that night. They have shuttle that runs to the seaport for a cruise which at the we were there was 10$/person--this was a much better option for us than a cab. The hotel room was a tiny bit musty, but then again, maimi was like 5000% humidity that day. We needed an airport hotel for a night before a cruise and this place was just fine. The area looked a bit industrial, but then again, it's an airport hotel.

“Very good clean and quiet hotel. Convenient location, close to airport”

We have arrived to this hotel to spend 1 night to go to Cruise. We called from airport and hotel shuutle picked us up. Room was clean, staff friendly. We cheked for places walking distance to eat, and went to recommended by hotel staff restraunt. Food was good. Next day we took a shuttle from the hotel to port, it was on time. Cost us $10.00 per prson. We definately recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable with good little restaurants nearby. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour to the airport, which makes it easier to plan your check out.

“Best Service for layover hotel”

I frequent Miami often on quick layovers. This hotel was a little further out from the airport, but I will definitly use this hotel from now on. The staff was incredibly wonderful. Our team of 18 didnt arrive at the airport until 11 PM. The staff had 2 vans immediately pick us up. We had to leave for the airport the next morning at 4am. Although they only take one shuttle an hour, they made a special exception for us and made sure we all got to the airport on time. Not only that, but since we were leaving before the continental breakfast, the staff bagged up 18 take out breakfast bags for us! I thought for the price of the hotel that it was going to be sketchy, but it was very comfortable and exceeded my expecations. We will definitely go back for each of our trips!
