Overall we had a great stay. Nice and clean hotel, great breakfast and convenient location. Only one issue is the check-in process. They guarantee a check-in time of 3pm. Upon arrival we waited in line for check-in. When our turn was up, the room wasn't ready and the rep said it will a little longer as they were still cleaning the room. So had to wait. 45 mins pass went back to check, waited in line again (long line), still not available, waited some more and went back to check, still not ready, then finally after the third time (again waiting in a long line for check-in) the room was ready. Long story short, the checking process definitely needs some improvements.

The employees are so friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and were happy we could utilize the free people mover to head out and get souvenirs. We just wish they had a shuttle from MIA to hotel.

Location for our one night stay before a cruise was excellent. The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious. Walked to a great restaurant nearby. Planning on taking the shuttle today to our ship - tbd. Overall great !!

I stayed 6nights and was quiet impressed with the property. To begin with, the hotel is ideally situated in a prime location (safe, quiet, easy link to public transport & great dinning options). The options provided in the breakfast were superb. I will definitely stay there again.

Check in was chaotic. The bar doesn't open til 5pm which was disappointing for the pool area. I was also charged to the room although I paid in cash. Staff however especially the housekeeping were excellent. Great restaurants around and a metro mover station.

The location is ideal as it’s over the road from the rail link to the airport and another that takes you locally (for free). There was a good choice at breakfast with plenty of seating. The room was nice with a bigger-than-usual TV. The shower was lovely too. Downtown is close-by and, again, the free rail link takes you there unless you want to walk (1 mile).

It's in a great area for getting around. The orange line Metrorail is half a block away. The hotel is located near the Brickell train station. I was able to take the Miami mover from the airport to the Metrorail and pick up the orange line to Brickell Station ( 8 stops from Miami intl Airport station) . $2.25 cost one-way . There is a Trolley bus that is free to ride and thar you can use to get around Miami. The hotel is beautiful! Nice size pool and the hot tub was awesome. Complimentary breakfast is available from 6am-10 am The hotel location is a short ride from the cruise pier. There is also a shuttle offered on the 1 st FL. It's 3rd party operated, the cost as of April 2024 was $ 8.00 pp . The hotel is actually on the 6th fl. To get to any higher floors you need your activated room key. You'll need to scan your key card on the elevator then press your floor. The pool, hot tub and fitness center are all on the 6th fl The laundry room is on the 7th fl. My husband and I are looking forward to coming back and staying a few days just to explore Miami. We used this hotel for a pre-cruise stay.

Excellent location. Walkable to Brickell City Center. Unfortunately, on the dates I was staying there were a large number of guests at the hotel. It took a long time to use the elevator and there were too many people in the breakfast area. The staff was quite busy and the attention was not the usual one received at the Hampton hotels.
