Welcome,,,,and unexpected elegance!Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Convenience, cleanliness, economy, and attitudes.
Cons: Cannot think of any negatives....even after trying.
Location: Great Latin-American ambiance.....easy drives to Little Havana and Miami Beach.
This was my second visit in the past six weeks....both times attached to MIA and my daughter's flights to-and-from Italy. On this second occasion I briefly considered accommodations on Miami Beach but, recalling the comfortable experience of my first trip, chose the comfort and economy of this unique Hampton Inn. Once again, I was not disappointed. The staff was professional, pleasant, and effortlessly attentive. While still on the road from Tampa to Miami, I called ahead to inquire if it was possibly for my daughter to check into our room prior to my own arrival and check-in. Signor Austin (the evening front-desk manager) gathered the appropriate information and received my family member when the complimentary shuttle-bus delivered her to the hotel...thus relieving me of any sense of urgency on my drive to the airport area. Signor Luis Rodriguez, the night security guard, was bright-eyed and sharp....even arranging for extra blankets and pillows for our room when he heard that we added an extra daughter to the original travel entourage. White, clean, and comfortable beds and pillows,.....picture window with views of Blue Lagoon and flights....good gym....fascinating Latino middle-class neighborhood....and genuinely pleasant staff. This Hampton Inn and Suites is a class-act. Gracias!

Great experiencePosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Convenient location but not in the busiest part of Miami. Plenty of convenient parking, safe location, helpful staff willing to accommodate.
I visit Miami periodically for pleasure. This hotel has it all. It is convenient to the airport but yet is not surrounded by busy establishments. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hot breakfast buffet and the manager's afternoon cocktail hour are more than plentiful for anyone. Plan to stay here again.

Excellent stay at Hampton Inn & SuitesPosted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, reasonable cost, easy parking, clean and comfortable.
Location: Conveniently near the airport for flights in and out of Miami. With a car, it was easy to get on the expressway to go to the Everglades, shopping.
My family was very happy with the Hampton Inn& Suites. There were restaurants and stores within walking distance, and easy access (via car) to attractions in the area. The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet, considering the proximity to the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast and easy parking. All in all, a great experience!

Pre-cruise StayPosted Jun 15, 2014
We booked six rooms here the night before our cruise; and were pleased with our stay. We also parked our personal vehicle at the hotel while we were cruising for much less than parking it at the port. Pick-up was hassle-free. The continental breakfast was good with lots of choices and a nice, big seating area. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Good, clean hotel close to airportPosted Jun 10, 2014
We were passing through Miami on our way to the Keys and needed a place to stay for the night. This is a good, clean hotel with all the basic necessities and a friendly helpful staff. Room was clean and no noise (even though we were next to the elevator). A decent stay overall, good for a pit-stop, clean bathroom and clean sheets.
