“An exceptional Stay”

My stay was great as usual. The staff are always very eager to assist in whatever way they can, Special kudos to Adriana (Manager) and Manuel (driver).

“Great Shuttle Bus for Outlet Shopping”

Stayed at this hotel in November 2011. Took a taxi, approx USD35 as we did not wanted to wait for the free shuttle (had to ring on arrival) as we had already spend nearly 26 hours (including transit time) getting from Australia to Miami. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival we were checked in very quickly and given information about places to eat. We opted to eat at the only restaurant they had and it was very basic - hamburgers, pizzas, chicken wings, salads. etc Nothing to write home about. We had booked for a Queen size suite and was given exactly what they advertised. A seperate bedroom and another room for a full kitchen/dining and lounge. It was very clean and well maintained. The free breakfasts were very good and most adequate for our needs. The breakfast service was great. The gentleman make sure there was chocolate available for us each morning when he found out we did not drink other beverages. The made it yourself waffle was the best. The best service was the free shuttle to the outlet shopping. It left the hotel at certain times, but on the return all you have to do is to ring them by 10.30pm and let them know where you are waiting and they will come for you. A reasonable priced launderette was also available for guest use. There is also a small shopping complex - with stores selling drinks/lollies/chips for those late night snacks, several restaurants including a Dennys and McDonald all within 5 minutes walk.

We stayed one night before leaving for a cruise. Because our travel plans changed, we were allowed early check-in at no extra charge. The hotel service was great. Breakfast was decent, but not the best.
