Excellent ubication, hotel is new so everything is clean and cozy. Rooms are very confortable. Excellent breakfast.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were able to walk to so many restaurants and clubs. The room was updated and clean. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The staff was so helpful too. When we checked out of the hotel and when to the Port of Miami to get on the cruise ship, we realized that we had lost a piece of luggage. I called the hotel and the man (I wish I could remember his name) who was working the front desk on the first floor was so nice and helpful. He called taxi companies and a bus company trying to locate this piece of luggage. With this man's help, we found the bag. It was on Saturday, February 4th. That man deserves a raise!

“nice hotel”

We stayed two nights before going on a cruise and were absolutely satisfied with the hotel. There is no shuttle from the airport but the taxi was quick and cost about 26$. To the ship they provided a shuttle for 8$ p.p which was on time and very convinient. The location of the hotel for a little bit of sightseeing is perfect and we were glad that we stayed 2 nights to have time for a look around.

this could never be a 2 1/2 star hotel. This is a 4 star hotel. I have been to 4 star hotel and this is even better. Extremely clean and luxurious. rooms were cleaned everyday and towels and toiletries changed everyday. I was extremely surprised at the luxurious powder room in the lobby area.The staff was very helpful and friendly, always pleasant. The location of the hotel is ideal, near to the mary brickell lively shopping area. the rail transport and lots of restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to miami

“Wonderful get away hoel”

we loved the duvet cover and the comfort of hotel bed and the room was very comfortable.The chg for a car parking should be included with the room rate. Will definately stay there again.
