“Hilton Garden Inn- Miami”

The staff members were very helpful about matters related to transportation and food service. The location of the hotel is convenient for airline travellers. The lodging is luxury at a great value.

“A great 2 weeks”

This hotel is great. Airport noise outside, none in the room. Very pleasant staff that remembers your name. Awesome breakfast that you can arrange a reduced price for in advance. Continueously patroled parking (this is Miami). The worst thing that happened to us was the bath towels kept being replaced even though we indicated we wanted to reuse them.

Other than the complimentary airport pick, everything about the hotel and service is great for the price (rooms and meals). Front desk staff is especially friendly and the restaurant servers were friendly and efficient as well. The airport pick up is confusing as Miami is a busy airport and there are more than one Hilton. We caught the driver on his second pass (he told us) and I had to catch up to the van from behind to get his attention. I am not sure how to suggest an improvement. I will leave this one to the experts at Hilton who seem to do everything else right.

“Beautiful Brand New Hotel”

We stayed overnight after a cruise. The hotel is beautiful and those comfy Hilton beds and bedding are awesome! When we were there late Nov 2008, the hotel was so new that they didn't have their liquor license yet. Even though they had a restaurant, it was barely up and running. The friendly van driver took us to a nearby restaurant for dinner and cocktails. So if you go, check to make sure they have the liquor license. Also, the hotel is directly under one of the final landing approaches to MIA airport. The hotel itself is very sound proof, so sleeping wasn't a problem. But we had to laugh when we were outside at the pool--those planes fly pretty darn low. The staff are extremely friendly and very competent! I would definately stay there again, but rarely get to Miami.

“Nice hotel”

Very curtious staff. They let us check in early after our cruise with no problems. They offered us a ride to local restaurant. They gave us a shuttle to the airport and let us have a late check out which was fabulous and accomadating.

“Great hotel for the money”

The hotel was very clean and the employees were friendly and very helpful. The pool was cool and the hot tub was warm but not very hot, I think the heating element may have been broken but it was fixed and it was better. We were upgraded to a suite on our return stay and that was a welcome surprise. The shuttle was convenient and they even had shuttles that went to the different shopping centers so you weren't stuck at the hotel even if you didn't have a car. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Miami.
