“Miami's Best”

This is an AWESOME hotel to stay in the night before the cruise...excellent customer service from all the employees working..I was very impressed...Thank you for everything to make this such a pleasant stay..the only recommendation that I have is to offer shuttle service from the airport..I live near a Hilton in Asheville NC and they offer this service..you would think this would be universal in all the Hilton's.

“Great place to stay in Miami”

We stayed 5 nights in July and had a great time. I have a bad back and the bed was way too soft. We called Housekeeping/maintenance and they made accommodations. Worked out great! The cost for parking was a little high ($28 day) and self park was $25 but was told that it was NOT in/out privileges which would have cost us more to come and go. Close to SOBE and all beaches; 15 minute drive or less. Overall the experience and staff were great.

“Nice Experience”

The lobby looked good. The hallway on the floor was dated, but the room itself was very nice. The hotel was very convenient to various kinds of transportation around the city. The restaurant was very good--especially breakfast. Hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Great deal with great hotel”

We were back from a cruise with my daughter and my mom, we wanted to stay in Miami another day as it was my mom's first time been there. We checkined in really early around 9:30am as I requested when I booked the hotel on expedia and we got a nice 14th floor room, it was really nice, very spacious, clean, comfortable beds. My mom and my daughter liked it. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my stay there.

“Great place to stay”

Great place to stay in the Miami downtown area. The room was clean and most of the staff was nice. However was not impressed with the food in the hotel's restaurant. Food in the restaurant was over priced.
