Nice hotel close to the airport.Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Convenience, free airport shuttle, clean, reasonable room rates
Cons: Food service
Location: I wasn't there long enough to do know what was around.
I just needed a room for one night after flying into Miami to board a cruise ship the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was being upgraded, so I am sure will be very nice. The staff was very accommodating and the shuttle service from the airport arrived on time. This is a nice place to stay for one night. I didn't see very many restaurants around so dinner is limited if you don't want to venture out. I was alone and didn't feel comfortable enough to do that.

If you need something...Posted Sep 30, 2014
If you need something in a pinch and near the airport this is an OK hotel. A little dated and dirty, our first room the bathroom light wasn't working. I don't think there were many people in the hotel and it took me going down to ask what the matter was and what was taking so long. Turned out a circuit breaker was down and they couldn't resolve the issue. So changed rooms. There is a much better holiday inn about a mile east of this one, go to that hotel.

Bad for comfortPosted Sep 23, 2014
The hotel was fine. Their beds were just uncomfortable, had me tossing and turning for a good position all night. The AC is bad, it always turns off and on even when you set it on constant. The room starts to get nice and cold then the AC decides to turn off. Temperature was set at 60 it felt like 80 in the room. It was a bad experience.

Not cleanedPosted Sep 9, 2014
In the morning, when showering I noticed there was a used soap with hair on it. Obviously missed during cleaning. Left me concerned about what else was not cleaned.

Close to the airport plus great featuresPosted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: Location, amenities
On our way home from the Bahamas my husband got ill - could not travel on an airplane ill. So, we stopped in Miami for the night. It is only 1 mile from the airport. My advice - take the shuttle - they know their way much better than a cab and it is free. There are laundry services - two washing machines and dryers on site - free breakfast and great customer service. They got us checked in so quick. We would use again if we get stopped there again.

Ok, not greatPosted Jul 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was average. Shuttle from the airport was forty minutes late. And the shuttle was twenty minutes late again returning to the airport. The breakfast was probably cooked a few weeks before we arrived. Dry sausage, microwave bacon, and awful eggs. Luckily, Miami was just a pit stop on vacation, so it was fine for a night. Below my expectations for a holiday inn express, though.

Good for quick stayPosted Jul 10, 2014
We were a party of 6 and stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient location. Easy check-in and room was nice. AC was off when we arrived so toke awhile to cool the room up. AC also leaked water so anytime one of us got near the window to look outside (AC right in front of window) our feet, socks, shoes would end up wet! Other than that, room was fine. Breakfast was very good! Eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc. Better than what I expected. All of us enjoyed it. :)
