“Cleanest hotel I have ever been in!”

This hotel has gone thru an extensive facelift! Very clean and quite! The only downfall, the area is super congested during peak traffic hours.

“Excellent Value”

Had family in the area which is why we looked in SW Miami area; My wife and I stayed two weekends, bookending a trip to the Keys. Would stay again. Very clean, quiet, modern contemporary decor (not dated, worn or old), nicely landscaped but rather compact pool area, responsive friendly staff, excellent value for the price for a suite/room. It sits behind and shares a drveway with a McDonalds, but was not a problem, and is otherwise secure safe location, conveinent to good shopping and restaurants. Nice breakfast bar but scrambled eggs seem watered down.

“Clean, new and spacious!”

This is the first time in a Holiday Inn Express and we were very satisfied. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was one of the few hotels left, so a bit out of the way, but because it's a suite, there is so much extra room. Very clean and well kept. The breakfast was satisfying with some hot items such as eggs and sausage. And with us being a family of five, that is a true bonus! We would definitely stay at another Holiday Inn Express based on our experience.

“Good for business”

We are regulars at both HIE in Kendall. We use them as a gateway for business in the Homestead area. This particular hotel is right off the turnpike and surrounded by (literally) hundreds of dining and shopping options. Our upgraded room was extremely large and comfortable, with full work and sitting areas. The gym and breakfast areas are noit spectacular but acceptable. Overall, it presents the best value in the immediate area.

“Good Hotel”

This was literally one of the best hotels at which I have stayed (for the price range). The hotel is very clean and I really like the well kept furniture.

Traffic is pretty bad in that area. It took me about 45 minutes to travel 15 miles.
