Lost my phone. The lady in the gift shop that works Wednesday through the weekend was very helpful and saved my phone for me. She was awesome. Great job! Did have a small problem at the end when checking out. Left an item in the room and when we went back to get it the cleaning staff said they couldn't find the item. We told the front desk we know exactly where we left it and after a couple minutes they "found" the item. Not a huge deal. Mostly a great overall experience. The lady that works late nights at the front desk was very helpful, polite, and had a great overall customer experience with her.

Great hotel! It's right on the beach. The staff was wondering, especially the valet guys! The pool was nice. Plenty of chairs.

Me dieron una habitación en el piso 11ph, y la vista era malísima, pedí cambio de habitacion y la que me ofrecieron era aún peor, me dijeron que como la reserva era por expedía esas eran las habitaciones disponibles, además de eso muy caro el servicio de vallet y se molestan y te hacen caras porque no les das propina, como si el costo no fuera ya suficiente

The hotel was clean, the bed was very comfy and clean. The staff did their job but I have to say no one went out of their way to be even slightly friendly. I would not let that stop me from staying there again though.

Pros: Location to beach.
Cons: No complimentary breakfast.
Location: Few places to eat.
Nice hotel but a little expensive. Parking is tough and the selection of eating locations is slim to none. No complimentary breakfast is disappointing.

Pros: la proximité de la plage la vue depuis notre chambre
Cons: le restaurant moyen Manager guère agréable
Location: a notre gout, trop loin de océan drive, pas pratique en bus (nous l'avons attendu 3/4 heure !!!) et en taxi avons payé 35$
aucun magasin, ni bar, ni restaurant à proximité. Pour aller jusqu'à Ocean Drive à pied compter 1 heure !!

Pretty good value for the highly expensive (especially winter/spring) Miami Beach area. Great location with beach/boardwalk access, but quite a bit north of the true "South Beach" hot spot area, which is actually better if you like it quieter. Nice place, nice rooms, and good breakfast too although it's not free unfortunately.

Location: Beach, stores, easy to link up with tour guide.
The hotel front desk staff were polite,concierge was helpful and the valet parking people were efficient. The only issue I had was when we ate at the restaurant, the server was very inattentive, my son had to chase him across the restaurant to finally get his ketchup and I ran out of water. He brought the food which was tasty and other than dropping the ketchup and the bill off he did not ask if we were pleased with the food or if there was anything we needed. When we received the bill there was a gratuity amount that we did not want to pay but was told it was a part of the bill- I had never heard of this and thought the tip amount if any was dependent on customer satisfaction, I guess I was wrong. ( Just to clarify the restaurant was not busy.)
