Everything was fine except I could not connect to the wifi saying that the last name did not match the records for the room. And there was a very Damp area in our room as well. The carpet was wet, and it smelled humid. Other than that, it was fine.

This hotel should not be promoted in Expedia, it was an absolute disgrace. My parents stayed there for one night, and what they found was unspeakable. Toilet was clogged, they had to use the toilet in the lobby, the staff could not accommodate them nor send them to a different room. The bathtube was also clogged, full of hair... my cousin also booked there and they could not give him his room... it is very dissapointing. They did not offer any type of solution, compensation or else... PLEASE STAY AWAY!

I liked the size of the room and the bathroom. I didn’t like the noise of the doors being closed almost everyday when the cleaners were cleaning.

I stayed here for the Easter weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment, with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. The location was convenient and offered easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The amenities, including the breakfast, pool and fitness center, added to the overall positive experience. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again in the future.

They charged for parking which i didnt knew no microwave in room took them for ever to bring microwave no water bottles i have to pay $3 for each water bottle

First of all they charge $7 to use the parking lot for guests. It was almost impossible to find a spot if you arrive after 10pm . We had a terrible experience with the breakfast due to a change of dining place. Bathroom toilet and washbasing where broken. Place maintenance taking those two thing out were on the spot. Surroundings too.

The rooms are okay, the air condition makes alot of noise and the sheets on the bed kept coming off because they were too small. The room was missing toilet paper and the bottle of soaps were empty. Love the location of the hotel. Stayed there many times but the room was not like before.

Room was dirty,carpets, hair on night stand and bathroom floor.Bed quilt dirty,and base boards in bathroom very dirty.Only one coffee pod and one cup for 2 people staying in room.could not find a staff member to get more coffee and cups.elevators had whit paint splashes on floor and was dirty.Last time for us staying in a Holiday Inn.

Terrible service and facility. My room changed to a king bed even though that I paid Expedia in advanced for 2 beds. Expedia sent me a confirmation of total $253.00 (taxes included). Hotel charged me $278 for a dirty, not clean and no towels and paper. I have to ask 3 times for needed items. It was pathetic at best.

The hotel had a very musty smell on the hallway and rooms. Fire alarm went out so the elevator didn’t work. I just had major surgery and had to walk three flights of stairs

Property is is good shape and nice. Staff was helpful. Room smelled a little musty and air conditioner sounded like loud train and woke us up when it came on.
