“smoking hotel for a non smoking person”

they gave me a non smoking room. I have asthma, the rep. had zero customer service. He told me take it or leave it. I stayed few more days in Miami, of course I decided to move to another hotel

“very nice and good food , and great shuttle service”

very pleased , only unknown was the hotel could have picked us up at airport , shuttle driver said this was possible , cab was $ 30 with tip

“Friendly staff”

I really enjoyed my stay here, for th price it was great. The Hotel staff was polite and friendly, good restuarant on site and next door with good drink special's. I love meeting Chef Jeff, who was very energectic, and the bartender was very nice. The Hotel was very close to Dolphin Mall, and Miami International Mall which was a plus, and of course Walmart wasin the area. Overall , I would stay again.

was great going to South Beach, those people really know how to have a good time.

“"The Hotel really Sucks!"”

The pick-up service from the airport came after1 hour of waiting; the room service for my breakfast came after 45 mins, because they said that they're short staff that day because of a banquet; the hotel lobby smell!!!! wow!!!!

“Better look someone to pick you up”

The hotel is well located and is clean, but their service to pick you up at the airport is not good I had to wait for an hour.

“Holiday INN”

Shuttles are not available from 10pm to 6am which is not fair since you purchase the hotel with " FREE SHUTTLE"

“We can´t go back”

The hotel facilities are deteriorated, they have to renovate it

“Awful”

Billed as near airport, which it is not. No shuttle for the time our flight arrived in Miami (midnight). Room was disgusting; smelled of smoke and mildew. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
