Great hotel. Nice staff. Pool too small. Hotel is located at a very nice area only 30 mins from miami beach.

Clean and Convenient Hotel

Pros: Clean rooms easy acces
Cons: Air Conditioning, kind of noising
Location: Not much...it is a work hotel, not close to shopping or restaurants, you have to have a car fro that
This is a neat hotel, convenient located fro my office. Staff is very friendly. You have a park ti run 2 blocks away

Fizemos o check in tarde e ficamos em um quarto com um cheiro muito forte de mofo , pedimos para trocar de quarto e fomos atendidos , neste quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava , ficamos neste quarto mesmo pois não tinha mais nenhum disponível.

Miami Holiday Inn

Room was adequate for a two night stay. Ventilation fan in bathroom was very noisy, but otherwise everything worked fine. Restaurant breakfast was good.

Lamentablemente el día 3 de diciembre que llegamos al hotel a las 14h30 nos indicaron que el check-in era a las 15h00 luego que a las 16h00 y en fin la habitación nos estuvieron entregando a las 20h30 , considero que es una falta de respeto a los huespedes, y mucho más cuando uno llega con al seguridad de que va a descansar, además cancelamos por la estadía y el desayuno de 4 personas y nos indicaron que el desayuno solo se preveía para 2 personas

Gracias por sus comentarios . Lamento la experiencia de su estancia no fue mejor . Nuestros paquetes de desayuno incluido se establecen para 2 personas sin embargo, por un costo adicional estamos más que encantados de añadir personas adicionales. Las reservas deben hacerse con el número de ocupantes en cada habitación para que podamos tener una cuenta exacta de los huéspedes y cobre los cargos correspondientes . Pido disculpas por cualquier confusión que experimentó.
